Honestly as far as chipotle's goes this one is pretty good. They have a good amount of staff and food on hand with short wait times. I got the brisket and that was nice but dry, still tasty overall.

I love Chipotle but on a recent take out order I asked for guacamole in my chicken bowl and an extra side of guacamole and I didn't get either. I paid for them but they told me when I picked up my order, I was told they were out of guacamole.

I generally like Chipotle because their food is fresh and tasty. BUT the restaurant on Sawmill Pkwy in Powell is not run well at all! They are constantly out of food right at the BEGINNING of dinner rush and so they don't prepare for it. They will give you scrapings at the bottom of the pan before they will change out for fresh toppings. Yuck! All in all it has made us want to stop going there.

Chipotle – it’s my go-to place for a quick, tasty meal but for my son, he is obsessed with it. He can eat it all day. I've had a bit of a mixed bag of experiences at the Chipotle location in Powell, Ohio. On some visits, I’m greeted with fantastic service; the staff is friendly, efficient, and our order is just perfect. Those days make me remember why I keep coming back.However, there have been times when the experience wasn’t up to par. I’ve noticed especially in the evenings, they tend to run short on certain items. It can be a bit of a letdown when you’re craving your favorite bowl only to find out they’re out of a key ingredient.I believe consistency is key in the food industry, and while I adore Chipotle, I feel this particular location could benefit from a bit more of it. Whether it's ensuring they’re fully stocked or maintaining the same level of service throughout the day, a little bit of improvement could go a long way in making every visit as enjoyable as the best ones.

I’m not sure why I have continued to go to this location over the years, even after getting food poisoning. You have a 50/50 chance of getting actually fresh food if you go during the lunch rush. Any other time and you’re likely to get old, dry, crusty ingredients. I stopped by at 9:00pm on a night when they close at 11:00pm. As the employee started to make my order, another worker walked by and said “that’s the last of the white rice tonight”. They were already out of brown rice, had a few scoops of white rice left, the pinto beans were so dried out they looked like refried beans, and the meats were all old and dry. If you don’t plan to have fresh food available the entirety of your open hours, then perhaps you should decrease your hours. Not to mention, $32 for a burrito, a bowl, and an order of chips and guacamole is ridiculous.

Don't go here. They have online only and made me stand there for 10 minutes without saying anything to anyone waiting and we're putting chairs up on the tables. I told the kid if he sees people standing here waiting, he should probably let us know it's online ordering only, he just started at me as I walked out the

This would be a 5 star review if it wasn't for one person. There is a manager there that has no business being in charge of anything. She is a short, older woman. I have seen her yell at employees on the floor in front of customers and other employees. I've seen this woman yelling at customers, arguing with them and just being down right rude. She has no business being in management.

Shrinkflation is real at this location! They cheat you with protein portions for delivery/to-go orders. Ordered 3 barbacoa tacos, very little meat in two and the third one had NO MEAT in it... pic provided. Also ordered a chicken burrito bowl and paid for extra chicken... hardly any chicken in the bowl. Tried to call, nobody will answer. The service center just transferred repeatedly to the automated system. Do not order from this location.

We ordered 3 bowls to take out.I ordered white rice on bowl which was totally uncooked. We couldn’t take a bite as it was just the rice soaked in water.Very worst experience.Need help on this.

Worst experience I've ever had. The counter top was a disaster with food all over it. Rice in meats, meat in the cheese. The meat was very dry. Even the beans were dry. I was very disappointed in my visit. WILL not be going back to this location.

Do not order online after 8 PM. Quite frankly they will tell you your food is ready and when you get there, they tell you that they don’t have any of the ingredients that you asked for. How do you not have chicken? On top of that they told me my order was ready. And as soon as I got there, they told me that it was not ready because they didn’t have the ingredients. Again, how do you not have chicken?

On their website it says “closes at 11” but I got there at 10:30 and all doors were locked. Very dissapointed because I drove all the way out here for nothing. Please fix your hours on google!!!!

This is the single worst chipotle ever. I never order to go because they give a third of the normal portion size. But I had to order to go to do the Halloween coupon. I ordered extra everything except for meat. I got one literal piece of fajitas and three pieces of lettuce. I got white rice instead of the brown I ordered. My food tasted like pure salt. I also got chips which tasted they had been sitting out for a week. I always have a problem with this chipotle. They are constantly out of at least four ingredients everytime I try and go. I will be calling my credit card company and disputing the charge because my food was that disgusting. I will drive to the extra five minutes to a different chipotle next time, or better yet just go get qdoba instead.

I understand that things happen and we are human, so I decided to give this location a few chances, but this incident has happen more than once and it seems like corporate needs to come in and look at this situation. Wether its making sure the location has everything in stock, the staff is being treat well or let go, and that there is a better organizational system. I have spoken to a handful of people who have had similar issues with this location.My order was late, no big deal its the weekend, but when I opened my order, It was interesting.I ordered a salad with x2 meat. There were 4 peices of lettuce in it (I counted) and no other greens, they did not double the protein and they gave me a small amount of dressing on the side. I am not sure whats wrong with this place, but my chances are done and I will not go back. I will be going to the Condados in Powell, they rarley have issues and when they do. They make it right, unlike Chipolte customer service.Hopefully this place gets what it needs to be better.
