“Ohio Wildlife Center was a great help in rescuing a snapping turtle we found on the side of the road. The turtle will have a wonderful new life thanks to their help!”

“I think it is a beautiful thing that a Goodwill has opened a kids only location for children in need. As I read through reviews, I am sad to see so many people against it. There are not many children's second hand stores and I hope this changes soon. Communities need more options than free stores and once upon a child. I am excited to see this location THRIVE and I speak life into it. I will help however I can!
Love and safety,
Jada Michelle Peace”

“I was thrilled to attend Dr. Don Althoff's presentation on the Incredible Flying Squirrel today at the Ohio Wildlife Center. As a renowned Certified Wildlife Biologist and Professor Emeritus of Wildlife Conservation at the University of Rio Grande, Dr. Althoff shared his 30 years of experience and fascinating discoveries while monitoring the highly social and adorable flying squirrels of Ohio. The video footage showcasing the astonishing gliding abilities of these tiny mammals was particularly captivating. What is the maximum number of flying squirrels that can fit inside one nest when they cuddle up for warmth during the winter months? Fifteen. Dr. Althoff's education team also introduced us to their rescued flying squirrel ambassadors, Seymour and Geoff. This was an unforgettable experience!! ??
Note: I was impressed by their coffee bar. Thank you for offering dairy-free options, such as creamer, flavored syrups, and whipped cream. It's great that Vegan options are provided.”
