My daughter and I love coming here. We had tried so many salons and didn’t have great experiences until we tried CC’s and now it’s the only place we will go. Everyone is so nice and professional and makes you feel welcome. The salon is very clean and comfortable. They even went above and beyond to help answer questions and help take care of my daughter when she injured her fingernail. They gave us great guidance on how to care for it and reduce her pain and improve her healing. They are the best!!!

We went to CC’s Nail Spa 5 years ago before my sisters wedding and couldn’t wait to go back for my wedding nails last week. Vic and Pida were absolutely incredible and we love supporting a local and family owned business. Pida even helped me decide on a French tip with a slight pearly tint (not chrome) that I loved!!
Highly recommend CC’s Nail Spa!

So sad. My younger kids spent their own money and purchased me a gift card and after booking with the more experienced tech so someone would be walking me through the mani and pedi since I am not experienced… BUT I got bumped with no notice to a young and less experienced tech… first only for the nails then for my deluxe pedicure too. My experience was actually literally painful and genuinely brusque like she was in a hurry to win a race and get this over fast! This was their highest package… fine for just quickly getting nails done but this was supposed to be special with massage and special lotions that the they offer. The owner was extremely rude and simply blamed my “feelings” when I reached out to let her know what my experience was. If you are a regular high paying customer you will not experience this most probably but leaving this review for others who might want a really fun experience for over $120 dollars. And walk out wishing your kids had not invested in this business but had just painted your nails themselves at home! But don’t worry the owner let me know that NO ONE else ever FEELS this way so that is great to hear… insert eye roll emoji

CC's is really a one-of-kind shop. All staff members are wonderful, talented, and kind. The owners do their absolute best to provide an exceptional experience. The quality of the service is outstanding, where their gel nails are much durable and last significantly more than most other salons. The level of cleanliness is outstanding where all tools are sterilized and the receptionists continue to keep tidy around the shop. They are true to their appointment times and word.

First time at this shop, got a full set of gel x, three popped off within the first week. I’m on week two and took the rest of them off myself due to the nails lifting. I’ve been getting my nails done for a decade and I’ve never lost more than one nail; which is still extremely rare. Literally only twice in ten years. So for nearly half a set to actually pop off and then the rest to be loose within two weeks is crazy. The staff is very kind but that doesn’t make up for the lost time and money. Ironically this was during very leisure timing so nothing that would’ve prompted them to come loose. Now having to spend more money somewhere else for a new set.

This is the best salon in Powell! I appreciate the consistent team members, incredible customer service, and Pida and Vic's professionalism. Every time I go for a pedi or mani, I love it!

Out of all the salons in the Powell area, CC’s Nail Salon is by far the best. They are on time, attentive, and keep their salon extremely clean. The technicians are friendly and kind! I had a great experience.

I never get my nails done so I wanted to go out and treat myself. I was pretty disappointed as the nails weren’t placed up to my cuticle, so there’s large gaps. Also, the nails don’t cover my whole nail, so there are portions of my nail just hanging out. Looking at my pinkies, the nails don’t go straight forward, they stick up toward the sky so they’re catching on things and that is a big issue for me - One wrong move and I’m gonna rip my pinky nail off. I considered calling in to ask if they’d fix it, but the truth is If they cared I wouldn’t have left the salon with these issues. I chose the salon based off of a reference from a friend, whose nails always look so good. But I’ve come to realize it depends on who does them. in the pictures I’ve attached you can see my pinky nail pointing up, you can see portions of my nail not covered by the fake nail, and you can see the gaps between the nails and my cuticles.

I drive 30 minutes to come here because all of the nail places by my house are terrible. I found Cici Nails through a friend. I came here for a birthday celebration and was shocked when my gel manicure still hadn't lifted or peeled after 2.5 weeks. So I decided to come back, and once again I am on day 17 and no lifting, no peeling. At other places I can't even get 10 days without that happening. The pricing is comparable to other salons, but I feel the quality is much higher.

Clean, friendly, and my no chips last forever! They have lots of services to choose from, which is nice when you want a little something extra.
