  This place is great! They really care about your pets, and they do a great job with grooming. They are very friendly and work with your schedule. They text appointment reminders, and you can reschedule via text as well.

  A place you can trust your furry babies with 🐶. Wonette has been wonderful with both of my poodles 🐩 for the past 2 plus years, they enjoy every visit with her. She is always very caring and gentle with them. She is always asking for feedback before and after each service which also makes me feel she does care about the work.

  I had heard nothing but wonderful things about EMI Pet in Powell and it was the best experience ever! I brought my two Golden Retrievers in to see Heather and she is so sweet and right away could tell she loves dogs so much. She asked us exactly what we wanted her to do, we like to keep them with the more natural Golden Retriever look, and she did a wonderful job! She really took her time to make us and the dogs feel comfortable. I knew my dogs were going to get treated so well and get one on one attention during their time with Heather. It’s so peaceful and clean in their salon. A vastly different experience from where we normally go, Petsmart, which usually feels chaotic and stressful with dog hair everywhere and tons of dogs filling the salon, with bad smells. This feels like a dog spa, and smelled so clean inside. I just loved that she took her time with us and our pups and it didn’t feel rushed at all. Both dogs turned out so cute, silky soft coats, smelling nice, perfect haircuts and their feet are works of art! I’m so glad we found Heather, who is local to us which makes bringing the dogs here so easy. She even sent a photo of our one Goldens while he was there which is so nice! 10/10 experience in every way! Thanks Heather!! 🙏🏻😊🐶

  I have brought my dog grahm here now for a couple years .Usually get him a full grooming 3 or 4 times a year .Aussie German mix .These people have always been extremely professional .They always take really good care of my buddy and are very accommodating for my buddy even though he’s a very shy and nervous dog when I’m not around .This is a before and after picture and he just looks like a superstar every time .This one time today he was being a little nervous about getting his nails cut and they were only able to get the fronts done and offered me to come back anytime to get the backs done as well .Im not worried as we walk in a good amount on pavement which files them down .But they are super awesome I highly recommend anyone who is nervous about getting there dog groomed or the horror stories you see at some places to give this place a try!Always a awesome job!

  We have called every day for the past week with trying to get clarification on upcoming appointments/schedule changes and they didn’t answer one time, even during open business hours. They also did not return ANY of the calls like their voicemail says they will. So we spend our Saturday morning today driving 20 mins to ask in-person only to be told she can’t help us/doesn’t have access to other people’s schedules and we’ll have to wait 4 more days until the receptionist (who doesn’t do their job) returns. This is not just a past-week issue, throughout the past year we’ve found it very difficult and frustrating to reach someone while we’re just trying to give them our business. We’d have already gone somewhere else but the wait lists at others are long.

  I've taken my pups to Britanny since they were 8 weeks old. She's very patient with my forever puppy, who's very active. I went from a twenty min drive to a forty min drive after they closed one location down. It's worth the drive. My pups are always excited to see her and happy when I pick them up. They always look amazing!

  Our dog is a puppy and does not like nail trims. They were so patient with her, and gave us advice on how to get her used to the process.Update: Came back for our second nail trim, as we were instructed by the employee. On arrival they told us that they no longer take walk ins, which is fine, so we asked to make an appointment, and they said no. They said “I can only make appointments for dogs that I have groomed myself” so we asked if we could make an appointment for another day, which they responded “nope, I can’t see anyone else’s schedule”. So that was a complete waste of our time, but whatever. Got home, called to book an appointment and they don’t answer the phone. Honestly, this entire experience was a literal joke. Disappointed because our first experience was so great, but there is no point in being open if you don’t take walk ins and also don’t book appointments..

  Alec always does a really great job grooming my havapoo. I have trouble with matting sometimes and he always calls in the middle of grooming if there needs to be a change when it comes to length. Either way, he always comes out looking perfect

  we had a very pleasant experience at Emi Pet! Our doodle can be jerky about certain parts being groomed due to previous rough groomers but our lady said he did great and he looks the best we've seen him! She consulted with us in detail listening to our previous experience concerns and what we were looking for. wagging tails around here(:

  Emi Pet is superb! My standard poodle is always taken care and loved by Brittany. She does an amazing job with fluffing out his coat. My dog was very timid, but after one visit he literally jumps on the grooming table If you are looking for top-notch grooming and caring gentle staff, Emi's is it.
