I needed a rental while one of my vehicles had some work done. Scheduling was easy. The pickup process was fast and friendly. The vehicle was clean. I dropped it off a few days early and wasn't charged for the unused days. Great experience!

Cam truly went above and beyond for me not only opening the store an hour early (at 9) but also upgrading and topping off the gas in the vehicle. He was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely use enterprise in the future. Thank you Cam!

They don't have cars available especially when we engage with them through insurance for collision. There was no Zero rating.

Made a reservation and when I showed they had no vehicles. They didn't call or email me. Said they didn't have my phone #.

I'll never rent from this place again. When we had our large SUV in the body shop for repair we were promised a comparable vehicle. Cam said we would get a Yukon or equivalent. We have 3 kids in car seats. When they showed up in a small SUV, the rep proceeded to argue with us about it. The excuse was there is an SUV shortage. I asked why they didn't call me when they realized they weren't going to make good on their promise. They rolled their eyes. Long story short, we couldn't get all three kids in car seats because there was not enough room. This felt like bait and switch as I would have gone with another provider had we known this ahead of time. I had to call over and again to get put into a new vehicle. Never again Enterprise.

They had no cars, only minivans. The rude, prissy ginger, 'Cameron', wanted to argue over my reservation being at 10am, when I made the reservation three weeks ago with 'Abbey' for 9am. At first he told me to wait 15 mins, and he'd have a car for me, then after 20 mins he admitted they had no cars, but he 'could have put me in a minivan for a small upcharge , had I been more patient' I got a much better car and proper customer service at Hertz. Don't waste your time here, or with any Enterprise. I had a similar experience at the Dublin location before getting a new Corolla and REAL customer service at Hertz!

Left me waiting (with in appointment pick up time) for 50 mins. Gave me a car that had been smoked in, 1/2 tank gas and broken windshield wipers. Not an awesome experience

I was told by every employee that I would get a 300 dollar refund when I drop vehical off. It took me 6 weeks to get an answer about it. And finally after almost 2 months the manager tells me no you don't get one. So every employee lied to me. Will never use enterprise as long as I'm breathing

Reserved 15 passenger vans 5 months in advance of trip and was informed 4 days before leaving they don’t carry any and wouldn’t be able to fulfill the reservation. Should have contacted us sooner rather than leaving us hanging last minute.

The best experience I have ever had is how I would describe my encounter with this business. And it's because of Abby! Not anything else!!! My story started with me going to my local enterprise location in Delaware ohio where my insurance company had made a reservation for me. Unfortunately because of some confusion with the manager at this location, he told me he didn't have a car for me. I called the powell ohio office and spoke with Abby. She not only had a car available for me, she found my reservation that was sent to the Delaware ohio location. She pulled the reservation into her stores database and the rest is history right? No! Abby apologized for the mixup at the Delaware store, and she took great care of me throughout the process. She even called me the next day to make sure I was completely satisfied? Wow is all I have to say.I originally thought Abby was the manager because she was managing the team to get my car ready Pronto! And when I saw her helping the gentleman wash and dry my car, I knew she was the manager and asked her how long she has been the manager of this store? She's not even the manager. Yet she operated the store like she was. Enterprise has a found a diamond in the rough in Abby and should consider her for training others in your company on how to treat customers like they are Gold!! Kudos to management for having such a great Brand Ambassador for your company and your brand!Mike Gale

Awful! Two attempts to get a car with nothing. Showed up on second attempt and they had my information, but no cars. Brandon seemed to careless. No attempt to find one in surrounding area.
