Fedex should remove this site from advertising as one of their sites. Very rude staff. They look at you like ‘why are you here’. They talk rude. They wont even help with taping if you need to tape it. I have been to other Fedex locations, UPS locations, etc and they have a better service, better friendly staff. The staff here does not like customers showing up.Do a favor to you by driving few mins away.If this place continues doing business this way, they wont be in business long.

If you are planning to drop big boxes, call and make sure that the dimensions are acceptable. They didn't accept a box about the size of a check in baggage.

really appreciate this staff, helpful, friendly and gives a solid effort; Thank You! they know how to anticipate the evening rush and work as a team to get to as many customers in an efficient way, even tho they are on a skeleton crew. i needed reports bound with the spiral report covers and they clearly communicated what could be done in the time frame and met the promised deadline. they offer rush services w/fee, for anyone like me pressed for time - very happy customer here!

I had the best experience today with Ronica. She helped me get the packages out of my car and was super friendly and accommodating to me. I am 36 weeks pregnancy and scared to be indoors due to COVID, and she made me feel incredibly comfortable and was able to get my packages shipped and set up an account for me quickly and safely. Thank you and this will be my new go to Fed Ex!

I've been to many different FedEx locations, and let's be honest, this is a tough business to be in. I've had bad experiences at other locations but the group at Los Gatos seem to work much better at juggling complicated projects and complicated customers. I get it, the company is called FedEx, and every customer who walks and expects it to always work extremely fast. I do more printing than shipping and I'm pretty demanding with my custom requests because I'm in the graphic design business. They always go out of their way to understand what it is I'm trying to do and they offer up some great solutions so I really appreciate that. And because of this, I'm more forgiving when I have to wait in line a little bit longer, or they spend a little extra time giving good customer service to somebody else. Great job Sanjay and team, I appreciate the extra effort.

My experience with this young lady at the front have seriously left me with confusion. Did that really happen? I went into fedex needing to do a quick package drop off. I had my mask on, I was compliance, I waited in line. But I was in a hurry, and ask how much longer is the transaction. She said I don't know, my computer is loading. After waiting 1 minute I ask again, "could you tell me the estimated time, is it 1 minute 2 minute? My kids is in the car parked right out front." She then said and I quote " I don't f****** know how long it takes for the computer to load, it's not my fault you left your kids in the car" I was shocked. I just said "wow,...what is your name?" She answered "I'm not going to tell you my f****** name". I tried to maintain my composure, walked outside and bring my kids in. Mind you, all I wanted to know was how long the transaction was going to take. I did not yell at her, I did not call her name I did not make any rude comment to her. I just wanted to know a time estimate. It's reasonable question, she turn on her computer daily so she should have an idea of how long it takes for her computer to load. I talked to the supervisor regarding the incident and he apologize and seemed understanding. The experience have left me with confusion, was I being rude to her? Is she just having a bad day? Or is it because I was asian? Regardless of what it is, you're working in customer service, that kind of language is not acceptable. Needless to say I will avoid this location. She didn't tell me her name so I manage to took a photo.

I truly do not like writing bad reviews during these crazy pandemic times but this place has the worst service ever. The staff truly don't like serving people and don't like their jobs. In between serving customers, the worst of the worst Sima will re stack some boxes that don't need restacking, dust off non-existent dust, hide in the back for a few minutes, anything to not help the next person in line. Ronica is marginally faster than Sima but seems to spend her time making up boxes or refilling paper when there are 10 people in line to send a package. Sending a package takes forever. There is nothing Express about this location; even if you are just dropping off, the self-scanner takes forever to scan, that's if it works at all. It's a running joke among anyone who uses this location. FedEx used to be my go-to for shipping and great service. Now I find USPS is better - faster service, pleasant staff and much less expensive. Who would have thought!

Very great people work here. Sanjay, Fred and Givo are always there to help with anything and are like friends in the neighborhood. They work with great ethics and assist every need and very professional!

I went to this location ship a package as it was convenient for me. I had to park pretty far from the door as this is located inside a Walmart.. so i carried a big box inside only to find that it was closed for 30 minutes for lunch. Nowhere is there a posting of lunch hours. Not online, not at the store. If you're going to close for lunch post some hours so people don't show up and find you unexpectedly closed. I ended up driving down the street to the Walgreens who also has a location inside and got my package shipped. This location is bad. Other times they will sit behind shelves and ignore you until they're done eating. It's happened to me twice before. I don't know why they chose to actually close this time.
