I had a horrible experience with this location.I received a phone call from the financial solutions manager indicating that I needed to call her back and provide her with more information for the account she had opened. I have never banked with First Commonwealth Bank so this was very alarming. Turns out she had opened an account without my knowledge or permission. When I went in asked how she was able to do this with out any of the required ID or my consent she said could because a long term client of the bank requested her to do so. When I asked to close the account she indicated that she could only do this for the individual who requested the account to be opened and not for me the named owner of the account. If you feel like becoming of victim of fraud by all means this is your bank but if you don’t want your identity compromised I suggest banking elsewhere.

A wonderfully complete service bank branch with ahometown feeling. The management here is always willing to help with online banking issues if they occur and creative solutions for business needs. I’ve been using this as my primary bank for over five years. ~ Mark V

WOW has customer service disappeared here!! Blaming issues on COVID is no longer an excuse!! This place is nothing more than a glorified ATM location. And, closing the branch mile north of here to help staffing... That is an absolute lie! This bank is done!!
