Been with the Agency for years and has always been the best hands down. Prices are always affordable and if not Mike is on it trying to get the better rates every time. Today is by far the fastest service and change update that I have ever had and saved me hundreds of dollars for a vehicle I recently purchased and was insured under Progressive. I will always refer Flanagan and Assoc Insurance Agency to anyone looking for or needing help with coverage on their home or automobiles.

I have been a customer for years. I have homeowner and car insurance through Flanagan. Seems I need to change something on a policy every other month. They are always available and help with any changes I need, and quickly. They really surprised me one time. I used the online message window, on their website, to ask a question. Not even 30 minutes later, I received a text with my answer. They truly have been a life line I can rely on!

I had a last minute issue with the agency I was trying to get homeowner's insurance through, and was put in touch with Mike Flanagan who was able to get me a policy the same day in the price range I needed. His quick and efficient help was a real life saver.

My husband and I have been with Flannigan and Associates Insurance for over 25 years. They have always responded immediately to any issues or concerns we have had. They rescued us this winter when we were searching for a special homeowner’s policy. They quickly found a great company with good coverage at an affordable rate for us. Just this past month, Michael initiated, in our best interest, a search for better auto and homeowners insurance. We just finished signing on with a different company which is saving us over $3,000 annually. He APPROACHED us saying he felt he could find us better rates!! I feel that speaks volumes for Flannigan and Associates. They definitely put their clients’ best interests FIRST! The other amazing thing is how quickly and efficiently they handle everything. They are always so friendly, patient, and helpful. They are the BEST!!

I have had plenty of insurance agencies in my lifetime, including ones that my parents recommended to me. By far I have had the best experience with all of my policies with this company. I’m never going anywhere. They are the most personalist company you will experience.

My daughter got her drivers license and when I added her to my policy the monthly payment Skyrocketed. Without my prompting Mike Flanagan went to work finding me a better policy and in the end saved me $2k/year and got my payment down by $200!!! They really care about their clients and I appreciate them so much for that!
