The pharmacists are knowledgeable and caring. I recently had a new RX prescribed and the pharmacist on duty made sure it wouldn’t interact with my other prescriptions.

The employees are toxic zombies! Don't work here... the prices are high... best customers you could imagine... beautiful and expensive produce whatever exotic thing you need--they might have it...

Wayyyy overpriced. I started shopping here for groceries when I first moved to Powell because it's close. Problem, is that it's very overpriced. I understand that inflation has become the big excuse that these companies use to justify high prices, but when you're charging almost 50% more for the same things that a store like Aldi or Dollar Tree has, then perhaps inflation isn't the problem, you are. I still go to giant Eagle because they have a good selection of frozen meals, but I've started going to Aldi for meat and produce, and a place like Dollar Tree for condiments and cleaning supplies. At least those places care about not fleecing working Americans

The afternoon shift has some of the rudest cashiers I've ever dealt with. Only a few know how to properly handle a doordash order. And don't get me started on the guy working the meat department. I've never had someone so rude. I ask for simple things and get attitude. I feel I'm better off waiting for the high school kids to come in to work before I go shopping here.

I love giant eagle but the woman at the service desk on Saturday afternoon is extremely rude!

Good-sized store and fine prices. The rating is so low because it is silly to require customers at the self-checkout to have a rewards account or get a manager for an override. Waste of time.

This Giant Eagle location is fantastic. Always very clean, good about keeping things in stock. I am in the process of switching my prescriptions over from the Kroger on Sawmill because this pharmacy is much more responsive, fast, and organized. Their curbside grocery pickup is great (although the website can be clunky sometimes.) It works like Instacart, they'll text you if they are out of something and ask what you would like instead. The employees are always friendly. They also have curbside pharmacy pickup.

My husband bought me a bottle of Jordan wine (a favorite of mine for my birthday) The sign clearly stated the name bar code with the sale price. He was rung up in the liquor dept and the sake was full price. He communicated the sale to the clerk who then said sorry I can't refund as liquor can't be returned or refunded go to customer service. He proceeded to customer service who then told him the sake is for Cabernet Not Cabernet Sauvignon. He said are you kidding me... he asked for a manager who pretty much said the same.. after 30 minutes he was issued a gift card fir the balance. We have shopped at Giant Eagle since they took over from Big Bear, we will now move our shopping to Kroger

They need to enforce shoppers going down the correct way down the aisles. I also see lots of people wearing their masks incorrectly - ie not over their nose. Good job putting high moving items at the end caps so we don't have to go down the aisles.

Hands down the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. Every employee goes above and beyond EVERY TIME. They are so friendly and so so caring. The pharmacists have also caught potentially dangerous drug interactions that my doctor overlooked on multiple occasions.

Super kudos to Giant Eagle and their staff. Everything was pretty well stocked (chips and TP were the only things I could not get), someone wiped the carts as you came in, there was a speaker announcement to have “sanitize time” and as soon as that came on you saw workers wiping all the handles to the freezers around the store. It’s things like this that go unnoticed sometimes. I made sure to tell a manager how impressed I was with everything going on. Stay healthy, humble, and thank everyone that continues to put their lives out there whether they are a dr, nurse, store clerk, etc. Many people in different roles play a vital part to our every day lives.

This is probably one of the worst pharmacies I've been too. I dropped a medication off that said on the bottle it had to be dropped off for a refill by 2/4/20. I dropped it off at giant eagle pharmacy for a transfer from Krogers on 2/4 and told them I would pick it up the next day. I came to pick it up on 2/8 because I was busy for the past few days and when I got there, they said they couldn't refill it because it said on the bottle it had to be dropped off by 2/4. Except I did drop it off by 2/4. When I told the main pharmacist about this she said sorry we can't do anything about this. I was so shocked. I was following directions when clearly the people working at this pharmacy don't know how too. I called up the Kroger pharmacy that this was supposed to be transferred from and asked them what happened. They said that they couldn't transfer the medication because they actually called them on 2/5. So the only reason I don't have any medication with me is because the pharmacists and technicians at this pharmacy don't know how to do their job. They are completely worthless here.
