Bakery experience wasn’t great. Came in to pick up a cake i ordered online and was told the only worker was “on break”. waited 20 minutes and no sign of her. literally i could see my cake sitting on the shelf and just needed someone to hand it to me. other workers came by and said they couldn’t help me because its “not their department”. finally got the cake after waiting almost 30 minutes. cake looked ok but could tell they almost ran out of room with the piping/writing and had to squeeze in the last couple letters. a bit on the amateurish side.

Very disappointed in this store. Their website offers delivery, but it is not true. They also do not have any option online to use a Canadian gift card. They did not get an order from me.

Cashier was very rude. I had to step out of line because i forgot something and he acted like that was the worst thing ever. If you dont want to work there then don,t work there. No reason to get upset.

Not my fav place to get groceries. You have to have a reward thing to check out which was weird. I’m a Walmart guy though.

I love getting cakes from giant eagle and normally I have always had a pleasant experience but sadly tonight someone who works there named Stephanie wiped my happy smile off my face. Sad that there are people who work around people all day and give off such negative energy. I will come back just not as much😌
