This is probably the smallest good will I've ever been in. It appeared to be well kept and well organized and the prices seemed fair, at least on the stuff that I looked at. It is definitely more clothing than anything. This is not the store to go to if you're wanting glassware or books or and sort of home items. But it was small and calm and clean and I can appreciate.

Store manager Besta was very unhelpful when I asked her something about an item. She seemed annoyed and answered “no idea” and wasn’t trying to help. Disappointed. Poor customer service.

I went in tonight and there is NOTHING there. Cigar boxes, run down toys, no glassware. When I peeked in the back there is tons of stuff to be put out. More workers than I'm used to seeing in there. It looked as if a mentally challenged woman was in charge in which she was cussing freely, asking customers as they walked in door "what are you guys here for", saying "let's lock the door" at 5:30pm and was explaining to another worker about the vacuuming procedure. She walked by me numerous of times mumbling under her breath everytime. Made me feel real uncomfortable. The discounted color was yellow but I couldn't find any color tags on anything. The store overall appearance was dirty and smelled musty. I did however find a pair of shorts for my son. When I checked out the cashier didn't ask me to round up like all the other Goodwill stores I've been in. I'm not sure whats going on at this location but please hire new management. There was an older man collecting donations the last time I was in there. He was awesome!

I love this goodwill! I donate here frequently, and they always hand out a 10% coupon just for donating! They always have a great selection too!

The new store manager has excellent customer service. I bought a tv today and he helped me carry it out and put it in the car. I'm only shopping at this store from now on.

I visited here for the first time but didn't expect to find much since it's a smaller store. However, I found several items and was surprised about the quality of what was on the racks and shelves. Thank you!

I worked for them one day this last week for the first time on this app I started and it was unfortunately not a good experience. There was a temporary manager there that left around 3pm and she told me the person that would be left with me wasn't no good and it was my first and only day with them so that was already stressful enough so then the girl sat down first thing outside and left me to get piled up with cars dropping stuff off like I was supposed to be a pro so I ended up leaving early and they gave me the lowest of the low ratings for safety and every other category even tho I worked so very hard so it's definitely not going to happen again because unfortunately that one location ruined the experience for the whole company for me. Maybe you'll have better luck

Discounts discontinued and price hikes. Who are they showing goodwill to? The CEOs?

I live nearby (in Powell) so I have been in here a lot, to donate and to shop/browse. It's not easy to donate. They often won't even let me bring donations in the front door. They say to drive around back. My husband I went around back there twice. We didn't see anything/anywhere to donate. It was also after dark, and it's really not a good idea to drive around behind a strip mall after dark even in a "safe" area. It may be different now with the limited hours, but like I said, we never found anywhere to donate despite being sent out the door and instructed by an employee to go back there. There are also a lot of really aggressive shoppers here. I've been driving a half hour to Ohio Thrift on Broad St. to donate/shop. They have a bigger selection and it's a much bigger store so you don't have people on you all the time (who are probably all re-sellers that don't live here so it's creepy).
