Never visiting this place again. I’ve been coming to this Great Clips location for haircuts multiple times over the past two years. Most of the staff are friendly and professional, but one particular stylist—an older woman with glasses—has consistently been unpleasant and unwelcoming.
She always seems annoyed while cutting my hair and makes it uncomfortable to sit through the appointment. Today, after my haircut, she made an unnecessary and inappropriate remark about trimming my eyebrows. At first, I didn’t think much of it, but later, I realized she was likely making a negative assumption about my appearance. It felt like an indirect insult based on my race, and the more I thought about it, the more offensive and hurtful it became.
No one should have to experience discrimination in a professional setting like this. While the other staff members have been great, I will not be returning to this location due to this stylist’s behavior. I hope management takes action to ensure that all customers are treated with respect.

If possible I would hands down give this place a zero. I asked for a simple .5 off the top and a 3 on the sides and they managed to leave half of my hair uncut and sloppy. The lady that had been handling my cut had shown a big amount of attitude and had no respect to me. I also had a coupon on standby and she cut me off instantly and started behaving really rudely.

My haircut request was simple. I asked for half on sides and back. Scissors cut on the top. That’s it. I respect you all but The old ladies were talking non stop through out the session and gave a sloppy finish. I said hey looks like it’s not uniform on sides and she replied no it is uniform and said it’s my hair type that is not right. I get it every 3 weeks and I know what I am talking. Well I understood she is not able to see the difference in first place. So no point in trying to talk further on this. But may be you could have said you are not capable to do it in first place and customers will find someone else instead of messing up with others looks.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I visited yesterday and had my hair done by a stylist named Beth, and it was a complete disaster. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and clearly mentioned that I was growing my hair out. Instead, she chopped off the top and moved my hard part to the center of my head. I am absolutely upset with the result and feel like my wishes weren’t heard at all.
I want the owner to contact me immediately because there’s no way to fix this. I should have trusted my gut and gone to the other Great Clips down the road. I will never return to this location again—there was a total lack of communication and professionalism.

I would give 0 stars . Worst customer service and worst back to school haircut ever .Hair stylist WITH RAINBOW COLORED HAIR was yelling at the customers and another person who was waiting for his turn , left the store because of her attitude. The way she treated me and my kids OMG. Never experienced this before in any other great clips. Such a shameless women she is. Never coming back here . My money is all gone .

Horrendous. Stylist just wanted to trim ends. I tipped $10 and wish I could get my money back. By the time I got home my hair, not properly thinned or layered, looked like I stuck my finger into a socket. You can't even tell anything was done to it. $28 down the drain and now I'm scrambling to find an appointment with an expensive salon which I cannot afford at this time. Absolutely not recommended unless you are getting a child's trim.

Naomi of Great Clips, brewster lane Powell is a very talented hairstylist with a great eye. I am always complimented many times over about my cut. I tried going to other great clips when I am visiting other parts of town. No one holds a candle to her. She should be considered one of their top stylists. If she ever changed locations I would still go to her for my hair cuts!

I only chose one star because zero stars was not an option.HORRIBLE, BUTCHERED HACK JOB.It will take 3 or 4 weeks from now for my hair to grow out to the length I wanted it cut to today.I showed my stylist PICTURES taken 5 minutes after the completion of my last haircut from a stylist who cut my hair for almost 40 years. I said, "I want to look like this." (5 or 6 times). She kept throwing jargon at me, "So you want blah blah blah" and I would say "I want to look like this picture" (that's why I said it multiple times.I had a bad feeling about things from how hard it seemed for here to grasp that she should do WHATEVER IT TAKES (and whatever jargon Great Clips uses to describe it) TO MAKE THE FINISHED PRODUCT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE. I should have trusted my instincts and walked out then and there. I'll be kicking myself for the next month for not having listened to my feelings.I am blind as a bat without my glasses. When somebody is cutting my hair I can't tell what they are doing. I am vulnerable and need to trust the person cutting my hair. Trust that was clearly misplaced.I don't know what was so hard about what I asked her to do. Is that really beyond the skill level of a Great Clips stylist, to match the finished product to a picture?After I put my glasses on and started arguing about what she had done, she didn't really dispute that she had failed to match her work to the picture. She just made disparaging comments about the style in the picture. Which makes me wonder if she ever intended to follow my instructions. Maybe she just decided to do whatever she thought best, AND TO HELL WITH WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTED.Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. So that means you won't get the opportunity to butcher me again.

Terribly inconsistent hair stylists that get huffy when you ask to have your hair scissor cut wet versus the fast electric razor cur.
