Got my first ever dermaplane today, and went in not knowing what to expect. Not only was the experience completely pain and discomfort free, it really felt like a full spa experience ! I felt like I was getting multiple services in one (skincare, massage, facial, etc.) which was amazing !! Taylor is so nice and I feel like she has such healing, calming energy. Front desk folks were also super nice and accommodating, I was very impressed ! Def will be back for more services !

I have been coming here for over a year now and Julian always does an outstanding job! He never disappoints. Everyone is very kind and smiley when you walk in the door, I would recommend this business to anyone!

Been coming here for about a year now and all of the staff are amazing. I’ve had both hair and makeup services done here.
My normal stylist is Meg who always does and amazing job and is a great conversationalist!! I have gotten haircuts, highlights and styling with her!!
I have also worked with Julian before for haircuts and styling!
Both of them do such a great job!!
I got my makeup done once for a big event. My makeup artist was Taylor. She is a great person and very talented as well. My only issue with the makeup was that the color was kind of off from the reference and the base didn’t fully cover my acne. But that has nothing to do with her skills! She only has the tools that are available to her at work! They use completely organic makeup so that it won’t cause people to break out and sometimes natural makeup has less coverage!
I also do not wear makeup on a regular basis so it was hard for me to get used to seeing myself with it on.
But I have no issue with anyone at JBentley!!
I really appreciate everyone I’ve worked with previously and can’t wait for my next appointment!!

I have been seeing Silpa at J. Bentley for my hair appointments for just over a year now and I couldn't be happier with the results! I always leave with exactly what I've asked for and she does a wonderful job every time. I have recommended several friends to her as well, and they had nothing but positive reviews. She has been my favorite stylist to go to!

I had the worst experience of my life at a hair salon here today. I am still processing everything that was said to me.
I am a first time mom and was looking forward to getting out of the house and getting my first hair cut since my baby was born in June. I have never felt so insulted in my life.
My hair dresser was Leann. I had asked for Michelle after doing some research as we just moved to this area and was switched when I got there since Michelle was busy. (Totally fine)
As Leann finished combing out my hair she like sighed and I was like I know I have a lot of hair haha and she said so judgingly yeah and tangles… is it always like this? So embarrassed as she was not a quiet person I said I’m so sorry I just had a baby and it’s been hard finding the time to really take care of it like I used to. She literally asked me TWICE if I was depressed and going through PPD. I said I was fine twice…
I was so embarrassed. I am breastfeeding and my hair is dry, curly, changing, falling out, and tangly.
Towards the end of the haircut as I am just sitting there holding back tears at this point she asks where the baby is and I said at home with my husband. She responds and says you left her home with a man?! Like excuse me, my husband is more than capable of taking care of our daughter. I found these comments so rude and uncalled for. I wanted to walk out.
As for the haircut it was very subpar and not worth the 70 dollars I had to pay after being insulted and judged. She didn’t even comb out my part and I had hairs going in every direction. I will never be returning.

Taylor was an amazing makeup artist. I hired her for my wedding makeup. She was very good at matching everything to the trial and was easy to talk to during the application. The biggest problem was the coordination within JBently. When I had my trial, I was told I'd meet with the coordinator, Mary-Beth, that day. She was busy cutting a clients hair when I finished so I couldn't meet with her. I was told she'd email or call me. I waited a month and never heard anything, so I had to call the salon to get Mary-Beth's number to call her. A few days later, she reached out and we went over pricing and details. I was told the deposit would be paid the next day. Two weeks later, it still hadn't been paid, so I called again and she said she'd have the front desk charge my card. I then received a text stating I had an appointment 3 weeks before my wedding, which I did not. When I called about this, they said the day of my wedding was blocked out but I was scheduled for 3 weeks earlier. I talked to Taira and she was able to clarify everything. She then realized that none of my information (date, time, venue address, etc.) had not been saved. We went over everything and was told I was misquoted on the price. It was only $20 more than I was quoted so that didn't bother me too much. I asked if I could pay the total then (2 and a half weeks before event) and was told I could. Nothing was charged until I received a call from Taira to confirm everything the day before the wedding. I was tempted to find someone else, but it was so close to my wedding date I knew it would be difficult and Monica and Taylor were amazing. I have no issues with the aestheticians, they were fantastic and fun to work with, but communication within the salon definitely needs some work.

Stylist: Michelle Stiffler is one of thr best stylists I have ever had. I have really curly, frizzy, thin hair and she worked absolute magic and made me look fabulous.

I have been looking for a hair salon for awhile. One that I trust. I finally found it. First Carson does amazing cuts/styles. Book him!
I also got extensions done here. They are beautiful. I feel like a princess now going from short hair to long hair. And not to mention makes me feel younger. Which is always nice! It's great quality Flash Point Weft hair extensions. I have to admit we had a miscommunication of metal being in my hair. I thought there was no metal but there is. This made me upset but they went above and beyond to fix it. They are taking them out free of charge for the MRI I need to get then putting them back in also free of charge. They honestly could have said go jump in a lake but instead showed much kindness/empathy in the misunderstanding I had. I highly recommend this salon. The owner, stylists, and front desk staff are super nice and complimenting. You won't regret going here.
Also told my Hubby to get me a gift card there for the Cyroskin Therapy. Excited to try that. I have seen the results on people there (before/after) it's amazing. Looks like you got plastic surgery but without the cutting.

My hair looked good when I left. However, after showering and doing my hair today, that's when I noticed a near-bald spot above my left ear. Then,I noticed the way my hair wat cut around my right ear. My husband could have done a better job with a weed whacker. I've offered to send photos,
but they're insisting on a consultation before deciding on a refund.
I went in,desperate for someone to fix the mess I had created... by attempting to cut my own hair. Leann was wonderful. I felt like she genuinely listened to what I was asking for, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. I will absolutely ve back.
