We discovered J&P on the internet while searching for a new mechanic/auto repair shop. We’ve used different car dealerships service but never felt great about the service or high costs. We’ve also tried Midas, Goodyear, Grismer, & Oxford….but also never came away feeling totally certain about the work or their service recommendations.
The reviews on J&P were excellent so we decided to give them a shot. We brought in our Jeep for some maintenance before a long road trip. And from the outset, Sukh & Pavi, brothers who run the business, made us feel extremely comfortable and confident we came to the right place. Throughout our first experience, it became apparent that they knew what they were doing, were experienced, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.
They even fit us in on a tight schedule and couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating.
It’s really hard to find an auto shop you can trust these days, but we feel totally confident that we found our shop w/ Pavi & Sukh at J&P Autoworks. Their recommendations were straight forward, and their service was excellent. They earned our trust and we highly recommend to family & friends.

I’m reluctant to write this review because I don’t want too many to know about this gem of a mechanic. They are always honest, only suggesting what is needed to be done, and do all work at a lower than normal price. I take every vehicle I have to J&P for any service that’s needed. They’re friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and handsome too.

These guys really care about you as a customer. They keep in mind your budget and will help but you prioritize if there are a lot of fixes needed. They have been my mechanics for over 5 years now and I love seeing their business grow because they are both good hearted individuals who have a high standard of quality and are honest with you. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Great "Mom and Pop" mechanics with extensive knowledge. They go that extra mile for your vehicle. Have been there 3 times now over the last couple of years for 2 of our cars. Always do a thorough job during an inspection of your vehicle.

My wife had an appointment for service on her car, and we showed up on time. They acted like the service might not be possible, and the person at the desk showed little interest in interacting with my wife. We ended up going to AAA. They were able to take in her car for the work without any hassle.

Not sure why the high reviews. This place, on my first visit, the 'owner'? would not answer the buzzer when I showed up for my appointment. After several minutes, I poked my head into the service area and say this tall Indian man on his phone. He finally came to the desk only to tell me there was no mechanic. He may arrive later that morning. There were several pairs of keys on the desk of cars to be worked on. He still wanted me to leave my car but could not assure me my car would be worked on. It felt odd and I ended up going someplace else for service. Wasted my time. Do not go there....

My bestfriend and his family recommended this shop to me for my Acura TL. I'm thankful because they're honest, friendly, and communicative. I've NEVER had any issues here nor has my car after leaving here. This is a very reliable shop!

J+P is one of the best 2 or 3 places I have used in my 55 years of driving. They are knowledgeable, honest, and thoughtful. Like most places of business, they are currently short-staffed. However, they are well worth the current minor inconveniences which being short-staffed brings.Services: Brake service & repair
