My wife, my ten year old daughter, and I stopped by on the weekend. My family and the bank were left unattended. Eventually, a handyman came into the lobby angrily told us “we’re closed” and “I’m going to ask have to ask you to kindly leave!!!” as though I had my wife and daughter patiently waiting in the lobby as part of a heist because he failed to lock the door.

We went into this bank on a Saturday around 11am thinking they were open like every other bank on a Saturday and a man came out and very rudely said the bank was closed and if we could kindly leave. When we told him we saw the welcome sign and the door was unlocked, he said, well, it says on the door that we are closed. So very rude and blaming us for him leaving the door unlocked. I will not be returning to this particular key bank.

Easy access in the Big Bear Shopping Center. ATM drive-thru service as well as Lobby banking daily except Sunday. Outstanding customer service at this Powell location.
