We were with LPA for 4+ years and had a great experience with our first child. However, with our second child, it was a terrible experience. Our son was bitten by a kid MULTIPLE times in the Toddler room. The Director and management said they put precautions in place to help, which they did for a couple weeks, then they stopped and the biting started again. The kid was starting to bite harder and more frequently and we truly didn't feel like he was safe there. Although biting is age appropriate, when one kid is biting multiple times, I would think they should be removed from the situation. Apparently LPA doesn't have a biting policy to where the kid would be removed from the program after so many incidents, however, our new school does so I know they exist. The final thing that made us unenroll was my husband and I had a sit down with the Director to discuss our concerns and try to come up with an action plan to help stop the biting, but the entire conversation was unproductive. She was defending the parent of the other kid rather than coming up with solutions to keep our kid safe. Ultimately, her attitude and the lack of biting policy is what drove us to unenroll.

Amazing school and staff! I love all of the teachers and so do my kids. They do an amazing job at making each kid feel special.

My daughter started there as an infant and the staff is great. My daughter is now 8 and is still attending. She loves all the staff and managment team. The curriculum is great. They also have an app linked to their school where the parents get daily updates on everything. We live this place.

**Update** 1/26/22 - Our daughter is now 4 and we still love La Petite. I truly do not have a single negative thing to say. Even through the pandemic, they have maintained a consistent level of staffing and provided a high quality of childcare and early childhood education.I cannot say enough great things about this La Petite location. They have provided outstanding care for our 2 year old daughter. Every teacher has been wonderful. They are always responsive through their app. All of the administrative staff are friendly and helpful. La Petite has been a blessing to our family and gives us peace of mind while we work.

I have had both of my daughters enrolled at this school for many years and even after moving away, still drive past many other daycares to have our kids attend here. The management runs an excellent operation while always being warm and welcoming.You can tell that the staff at this school are well vetted as most have been with the school many years and honestly love children. In fact several of the teachers are still talked about by my kids today, years after being in their classes.

My wife and I started sending our daughter to La Petite in the Spring of 2009 and just added our second daughter in the Spring of 2011. The staff is great and we've had a very positive experience all the way around. We would take our children nowhere other than La Petite Academy in Powell, OH.
