Jamie is the best there is!! I used to come to LV in high school and have since lived in Tennessee for 6 years. I was back in Ohio recently and went to him, 3 weeks and my gel manicure has not peeled on a single finger. My gel in Nashville never lasts longer than a week. Wish I could come here more often!!

This review is not written out of anger but as an honest account of my experience at LV Spa. This was my first visit and my wife’s second, her first being before COVID-19. When we arrived, I asked about the cost of a pedicure and was told it would be $40 for the basic service. I opted for this, assuming it would include the standard treatments like callus removal and smoothing rough skin. To my shock, all the “basic” pedicure entailed was cutting my nails, trimming the cuticles, and rubbing in some lotion afterward.
When I questioned why no effort was made to address calluses or rough skin, I was told that I needed to pay for a more expensive package. It’s absolutely ridiculous that something so fundamental to a pedicure is considered “extra.” For $40, I expected far more value for my money.
Things only got worse from there. My wife refused to leave a tip due to the poor service, and the staff’s response was appalling. They told her to never come back and even threatened to call the police! This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but downright unacceptable.
I should have read the reviews before coming, as I now see I’m not the only one who has complained about their rude and dismissive service. I would never go to another country and treat the native people with the kind of disrespect my wife and I received here.
Save yourself the frustration and your hard-earned money—go somewhere else. This place doesn’t value its customers, and their service is far from worth the price. BUY AMERICAN and support businesses that treat their customers with respect and deliver quality service.

Would give them 0 stars if I could.They were so rude and the sad thing is they only do basic colors they don't do any type of design and the guy was so rude to me.It was ridiculous and it stunk in there. Smelled like old stinky vagina. I wouldn't want to get my nails done there anyway!!!!

I was recently visiting my son in San Diego and went to a nearby nail salon. I was very pleased with my gel manicure and pedicure. I loved the flowers that she did. Everyone was very friendly and professional!

I went to get a gel manicure, and it was awful. The lady did a terrible job on my nails and removed all the gel to try again. Another employee working said dip powder would be better and basically forced me to get that instead. I assumed I would be charged the same for the dip as the gel, because of the extremely poor service and my time that was wasted. The dip nails also look awful. I wasted $50 on a terrible nail service. Not to mention, this took 2.5 hours of my time. How awful and inconsiderate! I do not recommend this place to anyone at all.Service: Manicures

Do not recommend at all. Made a 4:15 reservation and sat for more than 20 m8nites. When I asked how much longer the man said they had just taken 3 customers at 4. We came in as a couple and were greeted and seated immediately. They had lots of staff on board and made us feel welcome without any hesitation. We will be coming back. Most places have turned away walk-ins due to lack of staffing. Not LV!Service: Pedicures
