I started working here recently and I signed a job offer stating I’ll be paid $24 an hour and $10.10 commission. I get my first check and it says I’m getting paid $10.45. I emailed the woman who I signed my offer with and she never replied, so I email a franchisee and she tells me I get paid $10.45 because I’m in training, even tho I’ve work on my own and finished training for 1 week. Of course, she immediately went on leave till march 18th.

I had an amazing therapist, Gen. Would highly recommend her. Have not tried any other services, yet.

Great experience here with Syd. You do have to plan ahead to schedule service.

I like this location. I’ve had two massages here with Adams and have been great. I signed up for a membership, book and appointment and I get there and they said your service provider had to cancel and we have a facial at 4. They said they called me but the number that called me looked like spam because it never came across with Massage Envy and no voicemail, text or email canceling. Driving 30 mins and booking for specific time is the only way this fits my schedule. They canceled my appointment after I came in.

I came in for an interview. First, Theresa asked me how old I was, and when I told her, the interview ended after a few more questions, one of which was, "do you like to clean?". Then, although she's a manager, she said someone would give me a call no later than the following Tuesday. That was about a month ago.Maybe if I were younger, the interview would have kept going. Or was it something else, I wonder.I felt so uncomfortable with the whole experience that I decided not to return there, not even for service. My advice is not to ask illegal questions during an interview. Even if you had a good reason not to hire someone, you would give them the impression that you chose not to hire them based on your prejudices and, in turn, discriminate against them.

Too expensive for the time they spend.

If it's a massage or stretch you're looking for, unless you want to book a month ahead, then this is not the place for you.Once you get one, it's pretty good!Their response for solving this issue is that you can use any location nationally, not to hire more staff or find a way to notify you when there's availability... slight issue there is, that the other close stores also do not have availability..They do however have plenty of skincare appointments, so perhaps they should rebrand to Skincare Envy.

My massage with Jeremiah was AMAZING! My regular massage therapist had to cancel on me and I really needed a massage so I booked one here. I was impressed by the professionalism and firm pressure that was available. He really worked out a lot of the kinks that were in my neck. The only fall back would be the price if you are not a member. This was a lot more than what I normally pay.

I'm about *this* close to canceling my membership because it's impossible to get an appointment. I'll look a week or more in advance and either find nothing, or some random inconvenient time like 11am on a Tuesday (sorry, I have a job) for a 60-minute appointment, and never see an open 90-minute appointment. At this point I have several appointments in the bank from months I couldn't find an appointment and no idea how I'll ever use them. It seems to me they must have more subscribers than they have appointments to service them which seems very unethical to me. Next stop BBB.

First of all the receptionist is rude! When someone finally answered the phone I booked a 90 min spa massage. I was very adamant I can NOT do deep tissue. This woman who did the massage slapped lotion on me then pinched my skin and it felt like she used an elbow in my back. The pain I have from the massage is like no other. The last 30 minutes she had me on my back and pinched my neck and held it. I will NEVER return there again! Mind you I had gone there like 5 years ago to check them out and wasn't impressed! People if you want a good massage to go Spa Retreat in Delaware at least they listen to You and your not over paying for a slap, elbow and pinch!

Tried to go in to get a relaxing massage appointment was scheduled went to walk in to fill out survey they asked me to walk outside and call them I did so and at that point in time not before I scheduled the appointment they tried to tell me that I had to wear a mask while getting a relaxing massage now what part of wearing a mask is relaxing Don't open up until you know you're ready to give a massage if you're rubbing someone's body a mask isn't going to stop covid 19 you already have your head down in a table below their waist terrible customer service

Had a very bad experience with staff, I made a massage on line but had to cancle. I called and left a message within 24 hours of the massage. The next day I got a nasty call from the receptionist stating she got my phone call 2 days before and tried to get a hold of me several times but since I was going to miss my appointment that they were going to charge me. I spoke to the manager, she was not much better. I was told she needed proof that I. called before she would refund my account. I sent her a photo shot off my phone with the date and time I called and asked her to please let me know she received it... Nothing ,I emailed her to just make sure she did receive it I got the response. She was busy dealing with other customers and by the way the chargew was valid. I have canceled my membership but have to be charged one more time because I have to wait 10 days after they recieve my cancellation. What a ripoff I would think twice before locking yourself into a contract with this company. On a brighter note the Lewis centecc store has very friendly staff so if you get yourself stuck like I did you could always go see them

Run - do not walk from this massage envy and those owned by the same owner in Dublin, Powell. I have tried since August to cancel my membership, due to medical reasons and continue to get charged, I have completed both forms required to cancel and was personally told on the phone on 10/30 that I would no longer be charged by the owner. What a crock, the computers never seem to be working when you go to cancel and no one knows anything about anything. I am sure there are other massage envy locations that are reputable but these are not. I wish I could get paid for services not provided. I mean run!!!!!

If you want to have your money go into a back hole - perfect place! I have had numerous cancellations and spent a great deal of time trying to book something in evenings without any luck. Very frustrating subscription service. Less stress without the headaches of trying to book a massage. I’ve had more stress with than what the service offers. I’m done!
