Great experience! Several repair shops locally tried to charge a significantly higher amount for a Tesla alignment but The Powell Midas location indicated performing an alignment on this car was no more difficult than other traditional gas vehicles (as would be my thought as well) and would be the same price. As promised, they performed a full alignment and also informed me that a bushing is going bad on the front so I could get it into Tesla before warranty expiration. Thanks for your help and being honest and fair!!

Our family has used Midas of Powell for years. Recently on my way to work my tire pressure alert came on so I stopped by to see if they could look at it. Immediately they had the car in the garage, identified a leak and patched it free of charge. I was surprised and impressed. The next day my driver side headlight burnt out. Back to Midas. They had some difficulty removing the old bulb and then broke the replacement. I had to wait on a new one being delivered which ended up being the wrong size. The mechanic then drove to another shop to retrieve the correct size and install. This took more time than was anticipated. When completed I asked about payment and they did not charge me due to the problems with this repair. Midas of Powell thank you for being upstanding and honest with your customers.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! So I took my car into Midas in Powell Ohio to have my AC and my muffler fixed. They quoted me $5,600!!! What a rip off!! I got my muffler fixed at Mad Hatter muffler for $150 and my AC fixed at Dynamic Auto Service for $80!! Midas is a total scam and will up charge EVERYTHING. BUYER BEWARE!!! ALWAYS get a second opinion!! On top of that they were extremely rude to my father when he asked why the quote was so high. Extremely poor customer service and potential scam risk!! BEWARE!!!

I have been to this Midas location several times in the past for not only quick fixes and wheels/tires, but most recently to install a preload lift kit and a front end alignment on my Tundra. I was able to work from the waiting area comfortably and take a lunch no problem with plenty of food places right there. The staff is second to none and work is always done completely and professionally. This is a great option for any work on your vehicle.

Very honest about your vehicle! I had Germain Honda tell me I needed all this work done. Took it over to Midas and they did a diagnostic and none of the repairs were needed. Midas didnt even charge for the diagnostic! Highly recommend them if you are looking for an honest auto mechanic.
