My son & I were treated very rudely by Nurse Diana today. Maybe just an off day for her, but worst nursing care experience ever!

If u looking for an drive thru pharmacy this would be the one for u; but if u r planning on an business trips to somewhere outside of USA. Don't pick this one even when ur primary care doctor says it ok to pick up ur medication early they still don't want provide u the medication; because most pharmacists in this pharmacy r dumb.

CVS does a great business. Yet it cares so little about its customers the parking lot is awful and there's a pot hole big enough for my entire front end to fall in. I will find a pharmacy that doesn't require a wheel alignment just by going through the drive through.

Went to this CVS Pharmacy because of the reviews and...wow. I have never been to such an incompetent and unprofessional CVS Pharmacy. I called the night before to see if they accept walk-in patients for the flu shot. The man over the phone was very helpful and even looked up too see if they would be able to accept my new insurance. When I arrived the next morning (September 25th, 9am) the pharmacist told me they didn't take walk-ins till 10am (even though the man said over the phone I can come in at 8am) and that the MinuteClinic accepts people before 10am. I went to the MinuteClinic and the women was very rude. She then told me they didn't accept walk-in patients but I could sign in at the kiosk to make an appointment. There was an availability in ten minutes; as no one was there but me. I then asked her if my insurance would cover the flu shot, that the pharmacy said they could, but asked if it is the same billing. She said she didn't know and just stared at me. The women then went over to the other employee and told her to see the sign that they didn't accept walk -in patients. I told her I will just wait till 10am for the pharmacy because it seemed to be too complicated. I told the pharmacy I would be back. I then overheard the pharmacist ask the MinuteClinic what happened and they all started laughing. As someone who has a fear of getting shots, getting shot to protect myself and others since I'm traveling, following what I thought was the best and most helpful, and then be laughed at...was shocking. Went to a Kroger Pharmacy to get the flu shot and was treated as a patient and with respect.

I was treated curtiously & respectfully. The wait didn't take long. Safety precautions were observed. I was on my way within minutes. ??

It says online that they close at 8, but they actually close at 7:15. This should be posted!!!! I show up with a crying baby and I am there before 8 and I am told I am too late and they are closed! This is ridiculous! I would never go to this clinic because they are unreliable!

Terrible experience. Could not even get in to see NP cause too close to closing time. Why not say last appointment is at 430?

Should be the (60) Minute (wait) Clinic. By the way it doesn't help to be there at opening because the staff won't arrive until 9:04 and take the first patient until 9:15. You can't even use the check in system till he opens so the first person to know it was working went in first rather than showing any respect for who arrived first.

The nurse Diana is fantastic!! She's 6 stars. :) However, MC's call center doesn't answer during regular business hours then tells you to call back during normal business hours. It's impossible to follow-up or ask a question or follow Diane's instructions unless I pay to come back in. That's not her fault. MC's “follow up Dept should answer its phone during their stated hours.

I am extremely pleased with my experience at the MinuteClinic! I "saved my spot in line" virtually so there was no waiting and the check-in process was easy. The Nurse Practitioner (Kemi) was extremely professional and personable. She listened to all of my worries and seemed genuinely determined to help me feel better. She was very thorough when explaining my medicine options and I never once felt rushed.

I have been to this clinic twice and have been treated excellently both times by the nurse practitioner. She was incredibly attentive, thorough, and personable; listening to my concerns and reacting professionally. I personally think the nurse is highly qualified for her own practice. She is wonderful at her job. The office is very sterile and service is quick when you reserve a spot ahead of time.

Extremely slow process both doctors were late to come back to lunch and it took forever in the office they have no sense of urgency or consideration of any one else's time.

One star? Yes. One star. Only because zero starts (or negative stars) isn't available. The care I received was a joke. I was the only one in line, yet I still waited a good 15 minutes. The hack that I dealt with had no sense of urgency. He wrote a scrip for $50 worth of meds which didn't fix my issue (shock). CVS is in no way associated with this office and if you ask them a question about the clinic operations (ie, if ANYONE is even in there), they give you the wrong answer and appear to care even LESS than the hack on duty. I provided all my insurance information at the time of care, however I still got a bill for the 10 minutes of "care" I received. My advice: Let your body fight off whatever it is it's going through if this "clinic" is your only option.

I could not get into regular doctor for 4 months and needed physicals for sports. I was impressed. They spent time with the boys and did a complete exam. I have also taken kids for strep and it was quick and easy. I would recommend.
