IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A GREAT HIGH QUALITY CATERER WITH EXCELLENT SERVICE, STOP AND LOOK NO FURTHER!!! It’s too bad that I can’t leave more than 5 stars as PC Events catering provides some of the best service and food you could ask for. Their creamy parm chicken is a favorite of me and my fiancé and the prime rib was cooked perfectly. Kevin, Nancy and Diane were very pleasant to deal with. Kevin is a die hard buckeye like myself and was able to provide buckeye color linens, buckeye candies for my event. Essentially anything I asked for he was able to provide. We had only 3 guests who had gluten allergies and he ensured they would be taken care of and they were. The employees even switched out their gloves for the guests with allergies (most food restaurants don’t bother so this level of professionalism just showcases how much their team care for the guests). Kevin was also able to consistently provide me with updated contracts weekly leading up to the event so I could ensure smooth updates as I was on a strict budget but Kevin was able to accommodate that budget. Donna, Randy Alyssa, chuck and Travis did a fantastic job and I can’t thank them enough for contributing to our buckeye themed event! We will definitely be using PC Events again and we recommend you do the same !

Such an amazing catering company! The food is always incredible, and the team goes above and beyond with their service. Highly recommend for anyone wanting great food and a wonderful experience!

Just sort the reviews by lowest to see how this company handles conflict and feedback. Holy moly, unhinged guacamole! Looks like I dodged a bullet by not contracting them. Sure the food is great though!

I would strongly discourage anyone from using PC Catering. They have replied to this review claiming that it's fake, but I have emails, invoices, and credit card statements to back up each claim I've made; I welcome a lawyer's involvement.
- Server: 5 out of 5 stars. Jen was on time, professional, and kind. She made sure things ran smoothly and was eager to help. She is a lovely person.
- Food: 3 out of 5 stars. The food was just okay.
- Invoicing/Billing: 1 out of 5 stars. PC charged my credit card twice without telling me in advance how much I would be charged, what I was being charged for, or when I would be charged. When I inquired about these charges, I was told that one was for a deposit and the other was to pay my remaining balance; however, the sum of the two charges equaled several hundred dollars more than the total on my invoice. When I asked about this discrepancy, they said I'd be refunded later. When I asked when I'd receive a refund, I got no response. On multiple occasions, PC said they would send me updated information or call me to answer questions by a specific date but did not do so until I followed up again. Additionally, they calculated things incorrectly on my invoice which I then had to ensure they fixed. They also charged me a 5.85% fee for using my American Express card without advance warning or explanation; if I would have known, I would have used my debit card or another credit card with a lower fee. When I asked about this fee after being charged, PC sent me a link to a Policy page on their website. This information should have been communicated to me when we discussed pricing and payment and should have been listed on the Credit Card Authorization form I had to sign instead of being hidden among a long list of other policies on their website. (Also, their website showed a maximum fee of 5.65%, not 5.85%.) All of this leading up to the event made the experience extremely stressful.
- Ethics/professionalism: 0 out of 5 stars. After posting my initial Google review (3 stars), PC sent me a threatening email. I responded to the email, asking them not to contact me again. Instead of respecting my request, they emailed me three more times. In the last email they sent, they offered to give me a gift card if I removed this Google review. For these reasons, I have lowered my rating to 1 star.

I recently attended a wedding that was catered by this company and felt really bad for the bride and groom due to PC’s poor service. I don’t think it’s worth going into details as I know based off their responses to the other reviews here that they will just say something along the lines of “you didn’t pay for it,” “prove it,” etc… All I want to say is if you are considering this company to cater for a wedding I would encourage you to read the reviews here first and specifically how this company has replied to them and ask yourself if this is who you want to be involved in your special day.

Easily the worst catering service I've ever seen. Not only was the estimated charge off by $6000, but the employees were lazy and uncaring, disruptive to the overall wedding, combative when pressed about the poor service amongst a whole list of things. Not to mention the lady serving the cake was seen using her hands to grab the cake in chunks while serving it on plates. They also did not follow the majority of the requests from the bride and groom making the attendees do work for them on several occasions.

PC Catering was one of the most unprofessional vendors I’ve ever dealt with. The staff were rude, communication was a mess from start to finish, and they treated both guests and the bride and groom with shocking disrespect. For an event that should have been handled with care and courtesy, their behavior was completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the company has a history of leaving nasty, defensive responses to anyone who dares criticize their terrible service — which says everything you need to know about how they handle feedback. Save yourself the stress and go with literally any other caterer.

If I could rate this company 0 stars, I would. The caterers (especially Donna) were rude and unhelpful. She made comments about the venue, stating “why would anyone ever get married here?”. They dropped a stack of plates on me, I was the matron of honor, and they ruined my dress. The ceramic plates broke, and the bride cut her foot on a piece of the broken plate. The server did not apologize. Additionally, a server accused another guest of stealing the caterers phone charger which did not occur. The caterers did not set the tables up in a way that made sense for a wedding reception, there was no room for a dance floor when the guests sat down. I, the matron of honor, had to ask each table to move their table to clear space for a dance floor. The caterers did not initially set up a cake table, and had to be instructed to do so. It was as if they had no experience catering and setting up a wedding. The bride and groom were quoted for the event, but the final bill ended up being 3x the amount with hidden fees and made up charges. When they went to pay, the company refused to take credit cards, only wanted cash, wire transfer or Zelle. We were worried the company was a complete scam, and there would be no food for the reception. The caterers refused to haul trash away from the event, citing yet another made up excuse. From issues with accepting payment, holding their hand through set up, and feeling as though the company was a scam, I would never recommend this company.

Terrible experience for my daughter’s wedding. Non-communicative, no tasting prior, and ridiculously overcharged with no reasonable explanation. Food average. Bartenders amazing, only reason for the one star. It was buffet, servers assisted with table set up and take down which was nice, however took water and water glasses away before the end of the reception, presumably to get out of there on time. Would never use them again.

I rarely leave reviews but I wanted to warn others about PC Events, especially if you are looking for a wedding caterer. Their communication is nothing short of horrendous. Based on our initial quote, we were overcharged by PC Events a few months before the wedding. It took weeks of calls and emails to get ahold of someone from PC Events to initiate a refund and get a receipt. Even after a refund was initiated, it took even longer to get a receipt of exact charges to date. Eventually PC sent us a questionnaire roughly 3 weeks before our wedding. After filling out the questionnaire, we received a final invoice for double our initial quote, even though our total guest count had gone down. We were told that the final invoice was based off our questionnaire. We had not added anything too different from our initial quote, so it was extremely alarming to get such a high final invoice. We were told by the owner Kevin that he has been in business for over 35 years and this is how they have always done business (I would bet my life that is mentioned in their reply to this review). PC Events also was not taking credit cards or checks at this time, only cash. PC said this was due to their credit card machine being down. This seemed like a sketchy business practice to me but we had no other option being so close to the wedding. If you have read this far and still are considering PC events, I highly recommend you request Yolie. She oversaw the bar and food for our wedding and is the only reason I rated any stars. After the poor communication, financial run around, and no taste testing, my wife and I were extremely concerned with how our wedding day would go. The food was not outstanding, but our guests enjoyed the beef tips and none of the food was cold. The bar was run very well and the cocktails provided were exceptional. While the drinks were good and food was decent, it did not make up for the stress leading up to my wife and I’s wedding.The day after our wedding, my wife and I received an email from Kevin stating that he did not yet have a completed questionnaire from us and that it needs to be completed with the wedding being 6 days away. I responded to let him know that he had emailed the wrong couple. This day after email was yet another highlight of PC Events poor communication. If any brides/grooms are reading this, find a different caterer.

We’ve partnered with PC Events Catering for several grand opening events, and they’ve consistently exceeded expectations. Each time, the food somehow gets even better—our guests haven’t stopped raving about the menus! The team has even created custom menus for us, which added such a personal touch. Their servers are professional, friendly, and felt like an extension of our own team. Highly recommend!
