Always friendly people. Clean store. Easy to get what I need. Haven't used any of the grooming services since I do that stuff myself, but otherwise this has been the only pet supplies store I've been too in the past three years since I moved just south of Powell.

Typically always have what I need, especially the frozen Primal nuggets for my cats (location near my home doesn’t carry them). Staff is friendly and helpful, Madison J. in particular has helped me the last few trips and she’s very kind.
Also, there is always an adoptable cat and I’m happy to see them find a home within a month or so.

We got the nail trim. My chihuahua mix is usually persnickety when it comes to getting her nails trimmed. They were very helpful in helping to calm her. She didn't love it, but no one got bitten! They did a very nice job!

Really impressed with the care the staff takes with the cat from Cozy Cat Cottage. Zorra is quite spoiled, spends some time in the display cage but most of her time in the office supervising the staff. She is living a pretty good life as a store cat while she waits for her forever human. The staff treats every animal as if each of them was their own.

Sales and promos are pretty good, but sometimes the employees can be very unfriendly.

I was blown away by the customer service I received from Mary. She got me set up for rewards, helped me use the engraving a tag machine, answered my questions, and was very kind. I am excited to come back and continue to get my supplies from Pet Supplies Plus!

Great staff! Walked in, greeted, and because the thing I wanted was in a unique location, she walked me right to it. Shopped a bit and they had everything I was looking for. Later my vet recommended a specialty dry dog food and they have it there too. Thanks!

I place delivery orders from the Powell location. Depending on the time same day or overnight delivery. Super service and great products.
