I have visited two different locations. The staff at each store was very friendly, definitely customer service driven (which is refreshing). I am amazed at the variety of products.

I always have a great experience here! The staff are very helpful and always offer to take the dog food out to my car! They aren't pushy but are always knowledgeable.
