“I went to Twisted Metal for a slight dent and a lot of scratched paint incurred by backing up and turning, scraping the front left side of the car on the side of my garage door. It looked bad, there was a lot of garage paint and scratches on the car. The manager of Twisted Metal, told me after looking at it that he was going to “make my day” and he did! He was able to remove the paint and small scratches with some kind of polish. The dents he thought could be popped out by a dent removing service. But really, you would have to look carefully to see any dent. This is after I got a $1700 estimate from the dealer. I wanted to pay him, but he would not take my money. Who does that anymore? I will go back, and I trust them to be honest.”

“Dispatcher was great to speak with. He was able to help get everything taken care of and helped worked through all the details. When towing showed up, the driver was more than respectful and kind. He got everything taken care of quickly and easily. He made sure I was in a safe spot before he left and got our van right over to our mechanic and worked out details with him. Having your car towed is less than ideal, but they made it an easy and honestly stress free. I felt well taken care of throughout my whole experience with them!”
“Back on December 2 I was involved in an accident where a guy went through a stop sign and basically sideswiped my jeep. I work for an AutoZone in my area and we work with fine line delivering parts in what not to them immediately I knew where I needed to go and Bill in the staff at fine line took incredible care of me. They were able to get me into a rental, they were able to make sure that I was taken care of. Communication was fantastic from the get… I would highly recommend fine line to anybody that’s been into an accident and needs to get some major body work Done. Bill and Beth and the rest of the staff at fine line will definitely make sure that you guys are taken care of I hope to never get into another accident, but if I do, they will for sure get my business again.”

But I talked to Mrs Shawna who handles the Cincinnati location she was super helpful and nice, very pleasant to talk to. My bf went to pick up my BMW and I believe the mans name was Steve he went and got my car he was very professional wiped the snow off my car and put my belongings back in there because the loan company thought I was broke and wasn't coming to get my shhht. WRONG! Glad to have my car back! Stealth Auto Recovery did not disappoint me. If they was rude to some of yall, yall probably was rude to them first these ppl just doing their jobs I had no issues getting my car back.”
