“I’m not sure why they may get under 5 stars because the team that helped me out in big way. It was cold and snowy and they went out with me to my car to retrieve my belongings. And were so nice to me. I even let them know I am a Motorcyclist and they offered me some great tips on avoiding situations that are common accidents they see on cars. I have two Daughters and can’t tell you how much that means to me. Thank you Shamrock towing.”

“Broad and James Towing got me on their schedule to get my car out of the snow quickly. They communicate well on arrival updates. Brian, the truck driver, went above and beyond to get me on my way. He picked me up from where I was waiting and made sure I was doing ok since it was so cold. He was careful with my car and got me on my way quickly. Brian made a frustrating experience tolerable. “Back on December 2 I was involved in an accident where a guy went through a stop sign and basically sideswiped my jeep. I work for an AutoZone in my area and we work with fine line delivering parts in what not to them immediately I knew where I needed to go and Bill in the staff at fine line took incredible care of me. They were able to get me into a rental, they were able to make sure that I was taken care of. Communication was fantastic from the get… I would highly recommend fine line to anybody that’s been into an accident and needs to get some major body work Done. The turnaround times are fast, pricing is always fair, and they were flexible and willing to work with me instead of just pushing unnecessary repairs. “The huge thunderstorm knocked a panel off the bottom of my car. Couldn't get it duct taped up, and driving it while it was hanging down from the back, dragging 'forward' didn't appeal at all.I called Speedway as soon as they opened, and they told me to bring it in. “My F150 2 WHEEL DRIVE TRUCK GOT STUCK IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE DURING THIS SNOW STORM OF 2026 AND THEY CAME PROMPTLY AND THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER WAS GREAT!!!! SHOVELED SOME SNOW A FEW TIMES JUST FOR ME TO BE ABLE TO GET MY TRUCK IN THE DRIVEWAY AFTER HE WRENCHED IT OFF THE SNOW COVERED STREET, GREAT GUYS !!!!”
“I read so many bad reviews i was preparing myself for a fight dealing with this company. But I talked to Mrs Shawna who handles the Cincinnati location she was super helpful and nice, very pleasant to talk to. My bf went to pick up my BMW and I believe the mans name was Steve he went and got my car he was very professional wiped the snow off my car and put my belongings back in there because the loan company thought I was broke and wasn't coming to get my shhht. WRONG! Glad to have my car back! Stealth Auto Recovery did not disappoint me. If they was rude to some of yall, yall probably was rude to them first these ppl just doing their jobs I had no issues getting my car back.”
