I used this location exclusively for gas, they stopped selling gas for about a month before posting signs (probably hoping people would help reduce stock before their big close) Scummy practice and a giant waste of time. I don't know if they will ever reopen but I'll never go back due to poor business practices. The prices were always wrong or the sales were notupdated, the only redeeming thing about this place was almost always great people working there.

Service was trash and the staff is very rude specially the old lady that works the she needs to go and retire if she going to treat people the way she treat people. There is no reason for you to work with the public if you are going to have an attitude l. I’m never coming back to this location.

This is my favorite gas station to stop at because it's on my way home from work, the past few times I've been in one of the workers, I believe his name is cameron has been extremely rude to me. For example: tonight I forgot my wallet at work and was about to run out of gas, I had a five dollar bill in my car and I paid the other five in quarters... I understand this is frustrating and I apologize and as I was walking out he said to the person that was in line behind me "oh my can't even afford to buy gas but you can buy ice cream in here every night". I was already embarrassed as it was and he just made the situation even more uncomfortable. Everyone else at this location are some of the nicest people I've ever met but tonight was just my breaking point.

Went to get ice cream and the one I picked up was broken. I hadn't noticed but Shalom noticed and got me an unbroken one. Super great customer service.

Let me start by saying..if I cld give 0 stars I deff WOULD :(THIS is what I wrote to corporate:Hello,I have a complaint about the customer service at the UDF I visit at least twice a month, sometimes more depending if I need more gas or want a certain flavor of ice cream. I have been a proud and loyal UDF customer just about all my life. I am in my early 30s. I always grew up in a neighbor that had one very nearby.Now this UDF on Hard Rd Dublin Oh 43235 is about 5miles from me, so it’s a little more than just around the corner. I have to go out of my way to get there. But it’s usually worth it because my entire family and I LOVE LOVE LOVE UDF ice-cream! And gas prices are usually much cheaper than the rest! So that’s always a PLUS side! But I would say the past 3 or 4xs (being aware) I have received terrible customer service from 1 employee Every time I am there. I work in Healthcare directly with patients for over 13yrs so I can handle rude people. It’s no sweat to just ignore people who are obviously woke up on the wrong side of the bed. No problem. And that’s what I did the first handful of times, without thinking anything about it. You never know what people are going through, I defiantly get that, I mean I see that every day. And am a very understanding person. But I have realized that I don’t visit this particular UDF as much as I use to because I didn’t want the hassle from this 1 employee that works there. I was in the neighborhoods just yesterday evening October 20th, 2020 Tuesday, and thought GREAT I have a taste for one of my FAVORITE UDF ice cream flavors Carmel crunch cluster!!! Yummy! I had a plan to swing by, grab a pint and go home get a bowl of two and kick my feet up to enjoy one of my absolute favorite desserts! I mean it literally beats famous restaurant ice cream to me!But at my dismay I was reminded of this 1 terrible employee who seriously almost ruined my evening solely because of his extreme lack of customer service (and to me now experiencing this more than a handful of time now to make proper judgment- I can say it was defiantly intentional). Whenever I am there to get gas or purchase anything, he refuses to acknowledge me (I’ve seen on SEVEAL diff occasions to where he DOES NOT do that to the person(s) in front of me or behind me. He DOES NOT give me a bag to put my items in (expects me to walk out in my hands with a cold pint of ice creams..I hardly ever just buy 1! (which I think it soo weird) Because I’ve seen him CLEALRY give (without asking) the person(s) in front of me a bag without them requesting one NOR him asking if they would like one or not. AGAIN at 1st I'm like no sweat, not a big deal BUT after like the 8th time or so, I'm looking around like Wutsup wit this man!?. I have to see if it’s just me he treats like this or is it others who are in front of me so I start paying close attention. I wanted to put this out there for anyone and everyone who has experienced this kind of TERRIBLE service.. Or I cant even call it “service” bc I am not getting served properly like everyone else. Please speak up like I am and write corporate. No it DOES NOT have to be as long as mine. But I think this is Very important. If we continue to let ppl like this get by on bad service consistently then it gives out fav friendly UDF not such a good name. UDF needs to correct this immediately.THANKS for reading.

This has got to be the worst UDF on the planet. I’m from Cincinnati so I’ve been in many, but if this store were my first and only experience I would never set foot in another. The employees are terrible, rude, and there are never enough of them. And no one there has ever been able to make a good tasting shake or malt, so I’ve stopped getting them. The problem is it’s really close to my house, so when a craving g hits and I want to pick up a pint it’s the best option. I’ve often wished corporate would do like a surprise visit and see how terrible it is so it could improve. Tonight, though, was the worst! The store was PACKED. No effort to enforce any social distancing at all, and I was the only one in the store wearing a mask. There was an old man on the register who clearly had not been trained well because every transaction took about five minutes, and the kid scooping ice cream went soooooo slowly that he couldn’t, or I should say, didn’t offer any help. The owner of this franchise store is just terrible and they clearly know how to keep profits up: by sacrificing customer service. Really, they don’t even try to pretend to care. They know people want their product, so screw you.
