If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Amanda was extremely rude to my fiancé in store and myself over the phone. She was unapologetic on an issue that was her stores fault. She was uncompromising and unempathetic. She raised her voice, did not help to provide any solutions, and also was simply disgusting toward us. I understand policies but this was pitiful and unacceptable in how she spoke to us. She really should not be able to work in customer service positions.

The best UPS Store around! I'm in here at least once, if not twice, a week, and the staff is always so welcoming, friendly, and kind. They always make small talk and make you feel welcome. I genuinely enjoy coming here!

Unfortunately, poor customer service from Amanda. Instead of being honest, she claimed a coupon was fake (from their stores specific page on theupsstore.com). Only on being pushed did she admit their franchise does not accept that coupon (which customer service subsequently seemed to indicated is not true since it appears on their specific store page as participating). Either way, stating it was fake was a lie. Dismissive, dishonest, and rude. Even my 5 year old walked away asking why that woman was mean.

Third time we've been told over the phone the notary would be onsite until 3:00 pm. Here I am again being told he just left at 2:00 after getting off the phone with them at 1:30. Customer service and professionalism at its best (not).

This UPS could not have better customer service. They (every person I’ve ever encountered) are over the top kind and helpful every time I come in.

As others have mentioned in their reviews, there is one employee at this location who has been consistently rude in both his negative comments and attitude every time I've encountered him. When he is not at the store, the other employees are fine to work with, but the chance of dealing with him makes me want to drive the extra 10 minutes to the next further location south on Sawmill where they are ALWAYS kind, welcoming, and happy to help you. He has loudly said how much he hates dealing with Amazon returns on several different occasions when I've been there to do Amazon returns making me feel very uncomfortable and my business very unwanted. I rarely leave reviews but couldn't let this go any longer after experiencing it yet again. Why do you work at a UPS Store if you don't want to serve UPS customers, which includes those with Amazon returns? If you have a choice, avoid this specific store. The gentlemen at the other location (7652 Sawmill Rd) are lovely and can be counted on for a positive experience.

Whenever I walk into your shop, I’m always greeted and I appreciate that. Customer Service is always kind. Courteous nothing has ever got delivered to the wrong place. They packed stuff really nice. You guys are the goat for powell

They were so organized and quick, you would think they were working for St. Nick!
They are also patient & kind, as dyslexic me miss wrote part of the address.

Be careful how they work in this place. Until your package is sealed and signed, do not leave your things with them, do not trust them. As it turned out, the employee simply left half of my package on his desk and sent only the other half. When I came to look for my part of the package, another employee assured me that they did not have anything. Then, when my things were finally found, the employee, in the presence of the manager, accused me of having my things on their personal desk where I do not have access, please note, without an address. Their employee was inattentive, but they did not want to return my money. The manager could not even get a word in, and his employee continued to blame me. I just left very upset.

These guys are top notch! The speed of service for the volume of traffic is incredible and they are so kind and helpful on top of that.
