I have always gone out of my way to come to this Verizon store. I have had issues with poor customer service at other locations, but never this one.
All the staff I’ve worked with actually take the time to help you, walk you through plans, phones, etc while being friendly and beyond helpful.
My last experience was with Eriq, Ethan and Christina and each one gave me excellent service. I highly recommend this store in Columbus.

Colin the Verizon Representative went above and beyond. Colin, took as long as it was necessary to fix my issue.Dq and Ethan are also very dedicated and extremely helpful. A Disappointing Transition to Verizon: A Customer's Perspective2023 I recently made the switch to Verizon after years of being with AT&T and T-Mobile, and to say that my experience has been less than stellar would be an understatement. The transition to Verizon, which I hoped would bring about improved network coverage and service, has turned out to be one of the worst decisions I've made in terms of mobile providers. One of the primary reasons I decided to switch to Verizon was the promise of superior network coverage. However, I have consistently encountered dropped calls and poor signal strength in areas where I never had issues before. This is particularly frustrating, considering that one of the key selling points of Verizon is its reputation for having a robust and reliable network. Another major letdown has been the customer service experience. Coming from providers that generally offered responsive and helpful customer support, dealing with Verizon has been a stark contrast. The representatives seems more interested in sales. I moved with a promise of free phone and ended up taking 3 new devices with a resulting wopping bill of $175 per months after couple of months in an effort to reduce the bill my customer care call resulted in a bill of $311 and my battle continue with more proises and no result. This is a far cry from the transparent billing practices I was accustomed to with my previous providers. In conclusion, my experience with Verizon has been nothing short of disappointing. The network issues, lackluster customer service, billing problems, and a less-than-smooth transition process have left me regretting my decision to leave my previous providers. I would caution anyone considering a switch to Verizon to thoroughly research and perhaps reconsider, as my experience has been far from the reliable and superior service I was promised.

I switched over from T-mobile to Verizon. They have way better coverage. My experience with Colin was amazing. He went above and beyond. He multi tasked while helping me and other customers. I'm not great with technology and so helped, took his time with me. I went to Colin in Powell.
