“I really want to use this review to express how overly grateful I am to the full staff for their compassion and support they showed! I decided to look for a new affordable vet as my dog wasn’t doing well. I came across liberty pet hospital and was offered an immediately appointment with flexible times.
Upon my visit I was greeted with a very welcoming staff and situated in a clean evaluation room. We met with the doctor and she showed Chino so much love and addressed my concerns. We moved forward with labs that day. It didn’t take long to hear back from them. Although it wasn’t the news we had hoped for, Chino was diagnosed with Cancer.
I was given options for an immediate care plan, given time to process and they helped me understand what was to come! We discussed a plan and they were very transparent with price. When it was time, my baby was treated with so much love + all the cheeses. They gave us space to say goodbye and was so supportive during and after.
I write this to say, you guys are elite! Im so appreciative of how easy you guys made this process for me. I know Chino pup felt all the love you guys gave!
