“I can't say enough about this place... Saturday morning around 10:00AM it was clear our dog needed help. There were no signs of an issue at Midnight the previous evening. Not knowing where to turn I called Best Friends. We were in an exam room by 10:40. After an initial evaluation and an X-Ray we knew... we weren't taking our dog home. The staff was amazing, they explained all the options to us (we can do further testing to confirm, we can do surgery, we can do...). They also gave an honest assessment of life expectancy and quality with the options. They weren't just going through a decision tree... Once we made the decision to put our dog out of her pain they waited for our family to arrive so we could all say goodbye. While heartbreaking, the process was gentle and kind. If we are ever in need of Vet services in the future, this is where we will go. Thank you!”
