Front of store staff helpful and friendly. They make a point to greet each customer as they enter the store. Clean and organized. Great sales on items. Haven’t had much contact with the pharmacy staff other than flu shots. Seem nice and efficient, but very busy.

Not sure who replaced her Cheerios with laxatives, but the lady that answers the phone for the pharmacy needs some joy in her life. Taking my business to CVS because I like their long receipts. Update: now a proud CVS customer, and LOVING the long receipts!

My Christmas card order has been cancelled despite me asking not to do it (when I was at the store I asked for them not to cancel and he told me he didn’t, at home I discovered he did). I am so disappointed with Walgreens and their printing service, my first order has been printed wrong.

Got confirmation meds were ready over a week ago. So why when I come to get these needed meds, I was lied to about the order just being received and took another hour and half to get ready? Incompetent or lying.

I came into the Walgreens pharmacy some time last week. When I arrived at the counter I was greeted by a petite girl with dark hair (Gabriella or Gabbie?). Very, very sweet girl and extremely personable. I had a few questions I needed answered regarding the Walgreens app, and she was extremely helpful and explained, in detail, how to navigate it. This is a great Walgreens with very professional staff. If you need help or have questions regarding anything Walgreens or prescription related, I suggest you ask her!

I have always used Walgreens in Shawnee Hills because of how friendly the staff is and their prescriptions are usually in stock. Today Sara was exceptionally helpful and sweet! Thank you for being such a great local pharmacy!

This Walgreens is horrible. Called waited 21 minutes and they hung up again waited another 20 minutes and got put on hold 2 times than hung up on. 3rd call hung up. Short staffed. Appalling that I was on the phone 1 hr and 30 minutes than did not get the info I needed.

Tamika was fantastic in helping with a large urgent photo order, her amazing customer service is why she is a shift lead! I am from out of state and her help was nothing short of exceptional! Great employee!!

Gabby. She’s the rudest pharmacy technician I’ve ever encountered. Every time I go pick up my prescription she gives me the dirtiest look with the worse attitude ever. It appears she doesn’t like her job…if you don’t like working there, QUIT! It gives bad reputation to other technicians that actually care and do their job. Given the fact that it’s flu season, you would think she would help out the pharmacist and techs, instead she stands in one place and stares and have other coworkers do her job.

I was in the process of getting a medication and called to talk to the manager because the pharmacy phone line would drop my call every 15 mins. An employee that works the makeup counter picked up my call and told me that he was the manager. He proceeded to go off on me and then hung up on me when he realized he was on speaker phone. Horrible experience.

After waiting an excessive amount of time on the phone to get refill a prescription, I had to speak to a manager. An employee named Dara told me they were the manager and continued to let me know that I was not an important customer and hung up on me. I called corporate in fear I would not get my medication and found out that Dara is not even a manager. Poor customer service with no care for the pharmacies patients
