More pharmacy issues. They say a prescription will be ready at a certain time. But sometimes the next day or even 2, they don’t start filling it until you show up. And in some cases, they no longer have the medicine. If you would have filled it when you said, you would have been able to give it to me.

Never had more issues with a pharmacy in my life. Every prescription refill is a hassle and I end up having to go back and forth between my doctors and the pharmacists multiple times only for them to blame my doctors (different, separate doctors) each time, saying "They didn't send us your prescription." Today, I was told "We'll try to prioritize your medication, but we are so busy with the vaccine." Neat.

We have had the worst service at this Walgreens pharmacy. Tonight we were treated so rudely by Marissa who obviously doesn't want to be at work! Trying to find a different pharmacy to use as this is the third time we have been treated rudely, not only by the staff but also by the customer service person that called us back. Not worth our time and they don't deserve our money.

I just wanted to compliment a young lady in Cosmetics named Michelle. She was very nice and helpful and gave me a follow up call regarding product I was looking to buy. I think this location seems to have a lot of turnover for whatever reason but Michelle was so nice and I hope you will get to benefit from her great customer service. Eileen Dine

Incredibly helpful Pharmacist and techs! They helped find us the best prices on critical prescriptions while we were waiting for our RX insurance to start. Above and beyond. Thank you

Terrible service at this Walgreens pharmacy. We made appointments for vaccines in advance. Arrived before our appointment and checked in, and then waited for 45 minutes. We then found out that they didn’t have the vaccine we needed in stock. Why when we made our appointment did they not inform us? Why when we checked in did they not inform us? What a waste of time. We watched 4 people before us leave the pharmacy area frustrated as well for similar reasons - they didn’t have the thing they had made the appointment for. The staff there complained of being “slammed” but we really didn’t see any reason we had to wait 45 minutes to learn they didn’t have the vaccine we needed. They should have informed us when they checked us in and took our insurance information. I’d avoid this location if I were you.

Slowest pharmacy I have ever seen in my life. Waited 45 minutes plus in the drive thru lane. I was the only car in line as well. Awful customer experience.

I was checking out and the 20 ish cashier girl was trying to text as she waited on me. I was offended. She had dark hair streaked with red. Glasses

Only good thing here is the pharmacy. You don't want to step into the store for anything else.

This location does not always maintain pharmacist staff during pharmacy hours. Beware if you are expecting to be able to fill/pick up scripts during their operating days/hours.

All I wanted to do was share some photos and video clips on a thumb drive with my Utah family. I took a Scotch 9 ½ by 7-inch bubble wrap mailer with the thumb drive inside over to the Powell, Ohio Walgreens FedEx desk. It had my return address and phone number on it the recipient’s address and phone number on it. A polite young woman took my package and said she would take care of the label. I asked how much, and she repeated twice that it was free. Really? She said FedEx would pick it up that afternoon. I thought they would call me.I have no tracking number or anything from Walgreens. This was Thursday morning, April 1st. As of today, Monday April 4th I have no idea where my package is. The thumb drive costs about $5.00, and the content is all copies. No huge monetary loss. My sister is suffering some dementia and I thought the photos and video clips would help her.Someone at Walgreens or FedEx do not know what they are doing.

Early in the day made appointments online for my wife and I to get COVID tests, when we arrived five minutes early, as advised in the email confirmation, we drove up to the window and after several minutes were finally acknowledged. After a few more minutes with no communication we were advised that we would have to drive around the store and get back behind the four cars in line (behind us now) as they did not have our paperwork ready. I asked how could the paperwork not be ready when we made the online appointment well in advance and they responded it just wasn't and we'd have to go to the end of the line. When I commented that I would be posting a review describing the poor service, I was responded with "You do that". Completely unprofessional and unacceptable demeanor. Not only will I never shop this Walgreens again, but I will also advise all the people I know in this area to avoid it as well.

I agree with other reviewer this is about COVID testing. I had to get test done and I still do not have results. I had other results before in 24 hours. VERY SLOW! If you need resuts quickly go elsewhere.

The room where the pharmacist gave me my flu shot was filthy! Dust bunnies and trash on the floor. So gross...won't be going back there for any more vaccines.

Normally I really like Walgreens, but this review is specific to COVID testing capabilities. We needed to get my family tested for COVID quickly so half of my family used CVS for a COVID test and the other half used Walgreens (based on appointment availability). We received our COVID results within 24 hours from CVS and we still don’t have our results back from Walgreens. I will never use Walgreens for COVID testing again.Follow up: it took the lab that Walgreens uses 60 hours to deliver the result while CVS’ lab took 24. We also were given the wrong specimen number at the time of testing which added confusion and complexity. In short, CVS is where to go for COVID testing.
