We’ve visited this location and the Westar location. The doctors are both locations were very nice and got us in and out quick. The downfall is the billing department. Just received a bill in the mail addressed to my sister-in-law (we don’t have the same last name or first name) and it was for my son. I spent 20 minutes filling out the paperwork in the lobby only for the lady at the desk to not look at them or do her job. When I asked what happened to them, I was told they were scanned in. So my paperwork was put in a chart that didn’t match my name or date of birth… that’s a huge issue. Had I not remembered that we had been to the office 2 months ago, I wouldn’t have opened the bill. Billing has been a weak area for them. Had a workers comp issue at the Westar office. Gave them all the info to bill it and called them several times when I was sent bills repeatedly. Surprise, another bill showed up and they threatened collections. They had all the correct information, it was just waiting on workers comp to pay. We had to get them in contact with my husbands work, which we also provided when we filled out paperwork. We will not be returning.

Made an appointment online. No wait time when I got there. Doctor was great!! Listened to everything, answered all my questions/concerns and got me the meds I needed. Will definitely go back there!

Complete waste of time! Highly recommend avoiding this place all they want is your insurance money. Went in for a sinus/congestion issue that has been going on for 3 months.When checking in we asked to be seen by a doctor. A physicians assistant showed up reviewed the history and said you would need to go to a lung specialist. The service provided was not what we asked for. I am sure they are charging the insurance as if a doctor reviewed the situation. Never go here if you want real help. 100% dissatisfied...

I visited Wedgewood Urgent Care today and was so impressed with how knowledgeable and caring Dr. Michael Joseph and the staff were! Dr. Joseph listened to my history carefully and not only provided a plan for immediate relief but also recommended steps to discuss with my primary care physician. This office can get busy at times, but they work hard to move people through and provide top notch care. Thank you!

I love this practice and I come here with my family when an urgent care is needed.After waiting for about an hour tonight, I was finally see by practitioner Jackson, I was really hoping to show a sample of my blood cloth with mucus that I been coughing up for the last 3 days. I was very disappointed as he did not want to see any of that and he made some general statement on what it could be and prescribed me 3 medication, all of this under 5 minutes.Some things he said was just not accurate such as my 'nose is probably dry' and it's not because I have humidifier in my house. Then he said I 'had running nose' that could be part of the reason and I informed him no I don't have running nose. He also mentioned bronchitis?I feel I was not cared for properly this time, I don't have faith in the medicine he prescribed me so I'm probably not going to take them. I feel Jackson needs more experience to truly diagnose what we're actually coming in for and not feel pressured because other patients are waiting and it's 7pm.

Pamela, Dr Joseph, and each professional at the Wedgewood Urgent Care facility have been consistently competent, caring, and thorough. I’ve been here before (receiving top notch care), yet my recent visit prompted a proper review.Dr. Joseph and Pamela went above and beyond the call of duty to assure that my care, X-rays, crutches, and medication were perfect before I departed.There is care and then there is caring. What a wonderful staff! From the moment I walked in there, I was treated so great! Lori, Jess and Pam were all so great! They were very friendly and empathetic but professional. Would recommend this location because of the people that work there.Thank you so much taking care of me in such a timely manner with such care and concern!
