The people that work in the pharmacy are fantastic! Very helpful answer all my questions and had a coupon more off the price than what I had! Super kind!!! Five star all day long!!

After waiting an excessive amount of time on the phone to get refill a prescription, I had to speak to a manager. An employee named Dara told me they were the manager and continued to let me know that I was not an important customer and hung up on me. I called corporate in fear I would not get my medication and found out that Dara is not even a manager. Poor customer service with no care for the pharmacies patients

These people are the best! Was running short on two different meds. They expedited the prescriptions and even coordinated with another provider. We also spend a significant amount to time in Naples FL. The Naples location near our home can't hold a candle to the Shawnee Hills location.

Having been a very satisfied customer of this specific store for the past 14 years, I am suddenly boycotting them due to two recently implemented customer relations policies. The first has to do with requiring photo ID to purchase wine or beer. I am nearly 60 years old and look nothing like a teenager. The second also has to do with requiring photo ID, as well as a 'manager's' approval to purchase gift cards. WTH!? Until these policies are reversed, I will not set foot in your store again and will encourage all of my friends in the surrounding community to join me in this boycott. Michael E.
