We’ve worked with Ben at Windmill twice now. He is responsive, helpful and we always felt like he was on our side as we worked through a few tricky situations while purchasing our second home. We cannot recommend working with him enough!

I would give Ben Hulshof at Windmill Mortgage 10 stars if I could. His knowledge is superb, and he is always not only on top of everything going on with the mortgage process, but anticipates things and proactively just takes care of them. I have never dealt with anyone as good as him during the process of getting a mortgage loan, not once, and we have had several moves and mortgages thus far in our lives, and have worked with him on 2 different occasions. He is easy to reach and always available with any questions we had during the process. Most of all, I just felt like he genuinely cared and was always looking out for our best interests. Don’t think twice; call Windmill for your mortgage needs!!

I had the pleasure of working with Ben on a recent transaction, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He worked with the buyer on my seller’s home and did a fantastic job from start to finish. We had a *clear to close* 10 days before the scheduled closing date, which made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free.
His communication was excellent—always keeping everyone informed and making sure every detail was handled promptly.

Ben is a true partner and caring mortgage consultant. He has helped us with multiple refinances, and is currently helping us navigate our desire to right size our home. He knows the industry and has connections he has made within the housing industry to support his clients. Even when we are not actively engaged with his services, he checks in, sends celebratory communications by email and snail mail. He is genuine in his interactions and truly acts in his clients best interest because he cares. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing mortgage services.
