Been going here for almost 4 years now I never have any issue.Their the most friendly people ever! Their there to help with any questions you have, they will even come out an take a look if need be to help resolve the issues. I will always support this local pool business to keep their hospitality around 🙂

Staff is extremely rude, They sold wrong part then refused to return it. Pool liner did not last very long and was ruined when there staff closed our pool by using way to much chemicals which was caught on camera, as well as there staff trying to enter our home with out permission when we were not home which also was on camera. I would not recommend this business.

Called and set up an appointment and they didn’t show. I did this over and over again for two weeks. We finally found someone else. Our experience was similar to other 1 star reviews.

Called for a pool service based on my neighbors recommendation. Had an appointment, they didn't show. Called, rescheduled, missed it again. Called and they didn't know about me. ridiculous, unprofessional and poorly run business.

We went to Barcus to get our pool closed for the season. The guy they sent over did not clean the pool, only put liquid chlorine in it, cut my pipes and charged $185. One of the ladies that works at Barcus is this gentleman's mother. We went over and asked to speak to Grant and the two ladies says we don't close above ground pools and we aren't calling Grant. I would not give this business any stars. From here on out only Holiday Pools will get my business

Joyce and Marilyn are very nice and also knowledgeable about pool chemicals and equipment parts. They can help you find and will order or get from their supplier parts that are not normal stock.
As a 40 year pool owner I highly recommend this business!
