Mini Mall Storage is great! Nice units, concrete floors, easy access...Rt 33, clean grounds. On-site office staff are outstanding! They are helpfull, courteous, and easy to talk with. I highly recommend this facility on Columbus-Lancaster Rd (Rt 33 close to Carroll, OH). Customer Service is a high priority and it shows!

If you want clean and secure, this place fits the bill..... BUT they are more expensive than anyone locally, They add on random fee's they cant explain, they FORCE you to have insurance on the unit, and that's just when you sign up, I had a 10x20 here for over a year, when I moved in (under previous ownership) it was $112 monthly, when I moved out it was OVER $185 PER MONTH. Don't be swayed by the fresh paint and big gates, this place lets you move in for 50% off or whatever but trust me once you have your stuff in there, better prepare for a Diddy Party.

Mini Mall storage was great to deal with.
Easy setup! Called to confirm the reservation. Called to make sure the move in went well. Would highly recommend them for you storage needs!

Order a small storage unit online and when me and my mom got there, my mom told Jessica what we were storing and Jessica told my mom that she needed 10' by 20' unit, Jessica was very helpful to my mom to find the best and right units to store our stuff

Storage unit got broken into, lost over 6 grand worth of stuff. I thought this would have been safer due to it being newer with gates and cameras.

Well it was about 10 I think that's when the gate closes and we had to call the owner to let us out no big ordeal you last ride out cool just about three minutes longer than having because Nye said he can only open the gate once but he let us out over the phone
