“My little dog starting peeing blood Tuesday afternoon. We didn’t have an appointment but they had me bring her in within the hour. She was seen by Dr Shy, tested and diagnosed with a UTI. She was given antibiotics to take a home. In only a few hours, with no appointment, I was able to bring her home and treatment was started. I am so thankful that she was seen so fast. The staff was very helpful and informed me about what they were proposing, cost and potential diagnosis. I can’t thank them enough.”

“My cat had a dental emergency and they worked him in immediately to be seen. What the cat needed was more than the clinic was prepared to do, but the vet spent an hour calling other clinics to get him in ASAP. We were able to get him in that day and surgery the next day and he’s doing great now.I appreciate their care and concern, I have no doubt without the vets help in getting him in elsewhere it would have taken days to get my cat help.”

“My elderly cat was VERY sick and I called five or six vets and no one could get him in. I called Animal Care Clinic and I can't tell you how very glad I did. They had me bring him in right in. The staff IS amazing, and that includes the vet. I felt listened to and there was no attempt to upsell me, which is what I usually experience at the vet. I highly recommend this place. I would give ten stars if that were an option!”

“Additional review updated. 9-1-19. Best vet around, my 1st choice, have gone to them for years. Staff is excellent & very knowledgeable. My son also goes to Olson's exclusive. When Dr Olson had a family emergency for a while, he sent me & his patients, to Guyan Animal hospital, as he also uses them. Both vets have a working relationship, that continues, even today. A lot of time if I can't get an appt., they will ask me to try to get in at the other vet. Both, always want the best of both worlds for our fur babies. Would give 10 stars if I could.”

“Would get a 5/5 if the veterinarians would come discuss their plan and medical thinking before doing labs and imaging. Would appreciate some degree of shared decision making regarding how my animal is being evaluated rather than having them run expensive tests and being stuck with a bill. This model of business definitely has me questioning integrity and because of that I may be looking to find a more transparent veterinarian. Care for my animal was excellent, but probably didn’t need the $160 dollar X-ray or the blood work if they thought my otherwise healthy looking dog's symptoms were consistent with acid reflux.”

“I’ve been taking both of my fur babies here for years. I have a 4yo pit bull who has severe anxiety and I’m a basket case when it’s time for a vet visit. My Moe is the sweetest, most loving guy but he’s scared of everything and so anxious. I’m always worried people will mistake him as mean and they won’t b nice to him. Every time I’ve taken him to this office they’ve been nothing but wonderful to him and immediately see thru all his trust issues. We actually have an appt today bc sadly he has an ear infection. I have no doubt they’ll be nothing but great to him. As far as pricing goes I don’t think they’re higher than any other vet in the area. Tbh, I’d pay any amount for the compassion they show to both of my babies. I’ve taken them to other places (I won’t name on here) and I wouldn’t pay them $10 for the way they treated them. I highly recommend this office!!”
