“These guys took very good care of my guinea pig, Miguel, when I took him here for appointments. And he was absolutely adored by the vets. These people are kind and generous. And I'll never forget that.”

“Dr. Ayers and the staff were great! They were able to squeeze us in for an appointment when my pets were ill and treated them with care. The vet assistant even went above and beyond by ensuring Moose, my dog, didn’t encounter any other dogs while there because Moose can be dog reactive. She even helped me to my car with both pets. We were treated great and really appreciate everyone we’d seen when there.”

“This clinic is great! We were traveling, and in the Huntington WV area for a wedding when our Frenchie developed an issue. We called them and they were able to fit her in for an exam the same day. The staff was great and super accommodating! They examined her and compounded the meds on site. They even provided us with paperwork to give to our family vets office back home. Being an emergency visit and not being a regular customer I anticipated a pricey bill, but that was not the case, super affordable. If I we lived in the area this is the office we would use. Thanks to the staff for providing such great service and taking care of Belle!”

“My elderly cat was VERY sick and I called five or six vets and no one could get him in. I called Animal Care Clinic and I can't tell you how very glad I did. They had me bring him in right in. The staff IS amazing, and that includes the vet. I felt listened to and there was no attempt to upsell me, which is what I usually experience at the vet. I highly recommend this place. I would give ten stars if that were an option!”

“My dog Newton loves this place and so do I! Knowing I can trust them with the care of my fur baby means everything. They were very supportive and helpful when I had to say goodbye to my lab. Everyone is friendly from the front desk, to vets, to the techs. I'm very grateful that I found this place when I first moved to the area.”

“Dr. Bentley and her staff are the best in the Tri-State! They are knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly care about every pet they see. They always take the time to answer questions and make sure we understand our pets’ care. We’ve always felt welcomed and supported, and we couldn’t ask for a better veterinary team. Highly recommend!!”

“I recommend this vet with the highest regard. I have been taking my animals there for years. Dr Ayres is a compassionate caring man. His staff to me appears cutting edge. Extended me dogs life 2 time 6 more years . Operations removing cancer the size of 2 adult fist. Admit it was pricey however it was my a life. The only problem I have is the wait time and then always wanting to see your animals. I cannot bring 5 cats in at one time just to get flea prevention. I can order the same thing off of Amazon. I understand they want to see the animals to protect themselves in case something happens in todays silly world. This is just flea medicine. I would give 5 stars if not for that. Bottom line they are the best. They are cutting edge. I recommend them to the highest degree.”
