“Best towing experience you could ask for. I was stuck in the middle of nowhere in the rain with 2 flat tires, low on gas with declining cold temps outside. Dispatch was very friendly, sent someone out right away, and quoted me a very fair price. Josh, my tow truck driver was a gentleman and a professional. He took me to the car dealership for my car to get worked on and made what is a lousy night for anyone the most painless experience possible. Highly recommend this company!”
“The staff is knowledgeable and polite. I recently heard a noise in my car that was not consistent so i stopped by and asked them to go for a ride. They did without hesitation and then scheduled time to put it on the rack to see what it was for sure. After the appointment they took the time to search for warranties and recalls. They definitely could have taken advantage of the situation and just did the expensive repairs but instead they took care of me completely and went out of the way to not only make sure my car was repaired but to make sure it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. I’m glad I found this shop when I did a few years ago. I would never go anywhere else. Great people and great work. Highly recommended”

“Got a hole in a 4 month old tire while passing through, they took us in as soon as they had a guy free and squeezed us in between jobs. They are a full service garage and had most of there bays filled with cars being worked on. The service was great not only finding the hole but also a leaking valve stem and checked the the air pressure in all the other tires too. And they also let me know the back brakes where getting thin with maybe another 1000 miles left on them. No pressure to do it then and there, just a heads up. I highly recommend this place and a very friendly group of people”

I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and needed, and from start to finish, our salesman, Chuck, was the kindest and most relatable person I have ever done business with. I’ve purchased a lot of cars, and nobody has ever made me feel as welcome and comfortable as he did. Bryson, from the finance team, was also a great person to work with. He played a great game of negotiation with us, and I truly appreciate being made to feel as equally knowledgeable as he is. I even learned his favorite Christmas snack- how can it get more personal than that! “I highly recommend this place! We were traveling from Michigan to the Carolinas and our transmission started acting up. We made it to a gas station and called Precision Auto Repair and Towing. (We had 5 kids with us). They sent the tow truck and a van to pick us all up. They did the repair in less than an hour and we were back on the road. They were extremely reasonable as well. “Blew a tire in the middle of no where driving from Columbus to Kenton for a wedding dress appointment and we luckily were able to make it to the shop parking lot, completely flat. I saw a few cars in the front, and a man working on a truck out back so I walked up to see if anyone could help us temporarily so we could get further on our trip or back home.
