Stayed at a room above the winery and thought it was very quaint. Completely enjoyed my time there. Staff was amazing. I will definitely be going back.

I have been a member for several years. This weekend, i gad a reserved slip. They put me in a slip with too shallow water. There was seagull poop coating the dock and my dockmate had the dock completely blocked with a ladder creating unsafe conditions. Dockboys and managers rude and non responsive to my concerns

We just returned from our third stay at Crew's Nest and needless to say, it will be our last visit there.Upon checkout...1. We visited the pool for one afternoon, had a couple of drinks and ordered lunch from the pool bar, we were shocked when we received a pool bar bill of $208. This amount seems to have other peoples drinks on it or perhaps you should reconsider the pricing of your food and drinks.2. The previous two stays, we were advised that we can take ice out of the cooler, and we settle up with the office upon checkout. We were not advised of a different policy upon checking in. When we checked out, the boss of the person checking us out asked "are you the group that stole the ice?". She continued to talk about how we "stole" ice the entire time we were checking out. We followed the policy that we understood as the correct policy.We PAID for the ice we used upon checkout. Perhaps you should add a sign onto the ice machine that describes your policy, and we would have been happy to follow it. Better yet, explain your policy to people when they check in.It is disheartening to know that we spent more than $2,000 with you and we were accused of stealing. Due to this business ethic, we will not be staying with you in the future and we will share this unfortunate experience with our boating community.

Super unhelpful. Went to the Island to inquire about a wedding, sent emails, and called, no response. Asked to rent chairs, also, no help there. Honestly, I don't know how anyone had a chance to host any party here..... no one ever calls you back... ??♀️

For being a "high end" marina the restrooms are disgusting!They are one step above the public showers only because you don't need to use quarters to take a shower.
