These suites are so clean and spacious! The beds are so comfortable the hardwood floors were so nice for our grandchildren to sit and play on! the patio just outside the rooms are so nice and the staff was top notch!! Will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed the first weekend of October 2024. Ms. Rachel contacted us via text on our way to the ferry. She asked that we text her when we got to the island and she would make sure we had everything we needed. The trip was my idea because my husband wanted to fish in Lake Erie. We arrived at the suites, Ms. Rachel was waiting for us. We went through all of the necessary stuff and she showed us to our room. It was clean, newly remodeled. There was a huge stack of towels and wash cloths. She showed us how to work the TV, the lock system, and gave us a list of good fishing spots. She offered us a golf cart, but we declined. She also gave us the internet password. We drove our vehicle around the island and realized we had better take Rachel up on a golf cart. The island was so clean and beautiful. The water was perfect for fishing. My husband caught 3 nice size catfish over the weekend. Because it's the end of the season, some things were a little more lax. Rachel was so easy to work with. We promised we would most probably make reservations for next year 2025 and it should be earlier so some places weren't closed. We had a wonderful experience!!!! The best thing about our stay, besides Ms. Rachel, was the newly remodeled shower!!!! It's a giant square that could easily house 4 or more people. It was very clean and we had enough supplies for it also. A huge Thank You to Ms. Rachel!!!! We look forward to seeing you again!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE - SPIDERS EVERYWHERE. The whole place is covered in spiders. We left before our first night. Terrifying.

I stayed at Harbor Square this past weekend for a bachelorette party and it was nothing but amazing! When we arrived we checked in and once they found out we booked two rooms they upgraded us to one of their larger suites for no extra charge! The owner and her son where nothing but amazing and professional! This is great family owned business they are running! Everyone that stayed with us plans to book with them again! Room was very clean as well! So happy with our stay! Can not wait to return to the Island just to stay with them!

Marie was awesome, making our check in wonderful. Beautiful room, great location, and a decent price. This will be our go-to going forward.One recommendation: Bring pillows, they provide ones with a plastic inner liner, which reflect heat. <- This is a very minor issue, but worth noting.Rooms: Large clean roomsNearby activities: Tiki bar 50 foot from the front doorWalkability: It is just off the stripFood & drinks: The bartenders/servers were super friendly and attentive.

Awesome place! I will definitely be back soon. The location is perfect maybe 2 minutes walking from the boat dock Jet Express. Everyone is very nice to book with and they call you back and answer when you call very impressed. I believe Maria was who I talked to when I called to book, she’s very sweet and was willing to stay late after 11pm to make sure I could get in my room. The room was huge, clean recently remodeled bed was comfortable. I will Always stay there from now on. Can’t wait to go back!Thank You

Great location. We had one of the smaller rooms offered but there was plenty of space. The bathroom was small but it worked. Very clean. Friendly staff.The queen beds had a low qualty spring mattress. It was difficult to sleep on my side because the springs were easily felt and made for pressure points. Wasn't nearly as big of an issue on my back. A foam pad and padded mattress cover might do wonders here.There was a twin bed with I believe a foam mattress that I liked a lot better.

First of all, the hotel manager who checked us in was absolutely amazing! 5/5 would come back because of her! That's where the compliments on the staff end. The bar staff was rude, unfriendly, and reliably not working at the bar. They all hopped in a jeep and ran off several times and every time we tried to get a margarita there was no one to serve us.The room was amazing and above my expectations not to mention the aforementioned hotel manager upgraded us to a MUCH bigger room for free! Can't stress enough that the value here was great for the quality of the room!Location was also perfect! It was close to golf cart rental, the ferry, bars, restaurants, and SUPER close to the useless On the Rocks bar

The location was great in relationship to the activities on the island. The lighting in our suite was not adequate. The bathroom was very tiny and was the only one provided to serve a suite that can hold up to 8 guests!! The young man that was providing minimal housekeeping services due to limited staffing was very helpful and did the best he could to accommodate our many requests.
