“I stayed at the Commodore Resort during my trip to Put-in-Bay and had an amazing time! The location is perfect—right in the middle of all the action, with bars, restaurants, and the ferry all just a short walk away.
The pool area was definitely a highlight, with a great vibe and music throughout the day. It’s a fun place to relax or meet other people, especially in the summer. My room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet at night considering how lively the area is.
The staff were super friendly and helpful, always available to answer questions or offer local tips. I’d definitely stay here again if I come back to the island—perfect spot for a fun, laid-back getaway!”

“We had an issue with our room when we first arrived, but the staff at Harbour Suites went above and beyond to make it right. They responded quickly, brought us another bed, and even treated our entire group to drinks and lunch.
Their customer service was excellent, and we really appreciated how seriously they took our concerns. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it’s how they’re handled that matters, and Harbour Suites exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making the rest of our stay so enjoyable!”
