“I was able to purchase and as the mattress came out of the box saw springs popped out and I documented with pictures continued to open and saw a rip at the seam. I called the store sent the pictures and The employees were very helpful and made sure a replacement will be on its way. “We are so glad we went to Randolph Home Furnishings. I had a lot of requirements of a chair. The sales people were so kind and helpful. I felt like Goldilocks looking for the perfect bed. The staff was so kind and had me try each chair. They just didnt have what I needed. So they ordered one in for me with no requirements to buy. When I went to try it out they made sure I gave it a test drive to make sure it was just right. They gave me a Veterans discount and good deal. The chair has been a real blessing.
Then tragedy struck it broke. I called left a message on their answering machine not realizing the store was closed. I got a call back an hour later. They had two very kind technicians at my house shortly thereafter. They got it back up and running in no time and even leveled it for me.
There service is truly exemplary. They are professional, KIND and Compassionate!
