This car dealership sold a car with my name and old license plates on it and allowed a peraon that I sont know to drive my old car this is very scary.The person in my opinion is responsible for this is Stephanie she is rude and threatened me. I wouldn't give this place a second thought she is extremely rude and I have experienced a bad experience please please dont do it.

I would not recommend this place to ANYONE, we bought a car from them about a year ago, we’ve had nothing but problems, the battery died, so we took it to get it replaced and the place I took it to get the battery replaced told me THEY PUT THE WRONG SIZE BATTERY IN THE DAMN CAR, ive had nothing but problems with this car, ive replaced the battery 5 times in a year. Thats insane, i cant have it in idle for more than 2 minutes or it’ll shut off. I’m fed up, $448 is NOT worth paying every month. I’m over it. I will NEVER get a car from this place again.

Great customer service and transparent policies!
Although I haven’t purchased a car from Autosite Used Car Lot yet, I wanted to share my experience with their team so far. Their customer service has been excellent—very professional, responsive, and respectful.
What really stood out to me was their clear and customer-friendly policies. They offer a 2-month window before you have to start making payments on the car taxes, which is incredibly helpful. Monthly payments also come with a 10-day grace period, giving customers some breathing room. They make courtesy calls after the due date, and even before taking any steps like late fees or repossession, they try to communicate with you, which I appreciate. All of this is clearly laid out in the contract, showing how transparent and upfront they are.
Prices seem fair, and overall, Autosite seems genuinely focused on helping customers rather than just making a sale. Definitely a place worth checking out if you're in the market for a used car!

Hello, I have been dealing with auto site for over 18 years. I have bought over six cars for me and my daughters. We have a great experience with auto site. That’s why I continue to come back and also bring my family and friends. They are like family to me. They will work with you on down payment. Also, flexible when it comes to your car payment if you are responsible, you have to take account of belief for yourself. This is a used car lot. I have never had a car that was so bad that it was not drivable. Great experience. We’re in entire early.

Scammers and very unreasonable, I received assistance from the county totaling 5k and after my vehicle was repossessed I unhanded all the fees necessary to bring it current plus an additional 1k to only have my vehicle repossessed 2 days before the due date. Long story short they got about 7500-8k out of me on a 13k car and wrongfully repossessed the vehicle.

So I bought a car BMW X5 for $22,990 I had the car for 90 days before it caught fire after the fire it was totaled out but this place wants me or expected me to make a payment on the car after the fire after it’s totaled and being handled by the insurance company. Lawsuit is in motion for these people I’ve had enough.

This is the most unprofessional place, I have ever come in contact with- the cars are no good the people are horrible they act as if you don’t know anything, they came in my yard took my car after I paid my note and gave them 1500 dollars in a three week span- had no ideal who took the car money purse is in the car, I called and called Lucinda thought it was funny, told me my insurance was the off car for two days had someone come in my drive and take my car on a Saturday holiday being on a Monday just paid 500 car note just not a good place of business probably back in the day but not now - the car over heats and shifter is going out and the speedometer is not right so now that car will sit, I didn’t know any better so I go it. But you loss a great customer.

if you need fast easy service to get a car this is a great place for you ladies inside are amazing and I actually really like this place. My family knows the owner. and the workers are pretty great! Stephanie always is there to answer your questions and help you out making a payment work well for your income etc. As long as you are reliable and make your payments on time you should have no complaints. They also will fix any issues or concerns you have on the car before it becomes "your responsibility" so you know that you are getting a reliable car. Reasonable payments/downpayments and again great service from the ladies inside! they always pick up and always friendly! Benefit they know you by name to! so its super convenient to have people who you are and your situation. you almost paid off on my car now and i have nothing but good things to say about this place.

They give you a due date extend you a grace period of 10 days to pay it call and harass you about adding them to your insurance policy but somehow knows when your policy is due if you know when my policy is due why are you calling harassing me mrs jennetta?? dave changed my car note day jenneta called a week later telling me it was due and i had a balance due I told her I paid already and they changed my date she responded “ oh yeah I see it here the system had to update “ these people are money hungry.
