Waite two hours for them to change a tire. What a waste of time. They didn't even check to see if they had the tire. They said it would be a 45 minute wait. It was well past that. What a joke.

Every time I come here to have a tire changed these guys are such nice guys. They get it changed in a early fashion and you’re out quick in a commercial vehicle.

I’ve purchased tires, had a tire fixed, AC fixed, oil changes and tire rotations. Honest and professional without the push for getting things done your car does not need. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Thomas and he was great. Highly recommended!!!

Unfortunately the drivers are not so nice. They think they own the road and cut people off with no care. I’m in mayfield so don’t know what they’re even doing up here.

I had a great experience! I got a same day appointment to fix my tire due to a slow leak. The staff found a small screw and were kind enough to patch it free of charge since my tire was originally purchased there. The waiting area was nicely refreshed, and waiting was quick and painless. Thank you, Bob Sumerel!

Returning home to MI from NY we had a tire issue on I80. The stem separated and the tire was losing air. It was 15 minutes after the store closed and yet the staff was willing to help us to fix our tire. They stayed late and got us underway. They treated us more than fair and were a great group of people to deal with. If you are looking for an honest and fair place to go for tires I would recommend this store.

Walked in to get 4 tires, waited about an hour if that and walked out a satisfied customer. Relaxed atmosphere everyone was friendly and respectful. Best price in town. I'm all about supporting the mom and pop shops, definitely will be back.

I have had work done there check engine lite kept coming on they never stopped working on it till the problem was resolved I highly recommend them very informative helpful kind and they truly care thanks guys you are very much appreciated

I have spent thousands of dollars at Sumeral tires and they have done all kind of mechanical work on all types of cars and motor homes. I was very disappointed with the, Karen, I talked to today named, Tom. I guess he's the scheduler /Receptionist. When I tried to schedule an appt. for one of my vehicles and he stated very rudely, after I was put on hold for so long I had to call back. We dont do that kind of work, and hung up on me. I called back and stated what do you mean? So he diagnosed my cars issue from my poor description of the cars problem. He must be a freaking millionaire with that skill, no wonder why he's answering phones for a living. So I asked, Are you refusing to look at my car based on what I've stated to include a tune up. He then changed his tune and gave me a ridiculous date about a month away for an appointment. I will take my future business elsewhere Bob Sumeral, if that's the kind of people you let represent you. This Karen, (Tom the phone man), needs to find a different job if he's not happy in his and treats customers like this.
