I've just moved to the area and I looked up C&C, only to find that I have to pre-order without seeing any product first!I'll do business with a butcher who lets me see what I am buying first!

Best meat I’ve ever tasted in a steak. I bought two delmonicos for Valentine’s Day for my wife and I we had no complaints the steaks needed no seasoning we will be coming back more and more. Nice meeting you chris

No frills. But the BEST quality meat around. There is a noticeable difference in the taste. As an added bonus, if you’re not sure about the best way to prepare, get some great pointers from the owner.
