The pharmacists there are so incompetent I couldn't get my prescription after surgery because they didnt know how to use their system so I was left in pain for 2 days before my insurance found out they kept putting numbers in wrong. If I could leave a zero star I would.

We've been going here for years for our prescriptions and they are really good at getting new prescriptions filled, but they are AWFUL at getting your scheduled prescriptions done in time or even on the same day. Been needed the same prescriptions for well over a year now and it's like pulling teeth to get your life vital medications on the day they are supposed to be filled, prescriptions go by the month, not a month and a day or three days.

I have always had great experience with CVS in Ravenna. I dont have any experience with pharmacy but the store manager and his staff are very courteous and helpful.

I love this CVS. Always so neat, clean and well stocked. I've been going there for years and always look forward to the friendly staff. They are so kind, knowledgeable and helpful and always greet you with a smile. From up front to the pharmacy they go above and beyond for you! Highly recommend!

Any time I fill here it is the longest process possible. Not to mention the attitude we get from the drive thru. Just don’t say they are ready, if they aren’t ready.

Switched over to them about 6 months ago. They never seem to have my pills on hand and always have to order them. Sadly this is the same reason I left them 8 years ago. Also good luck talking to a person over the phone. I can't wait till I get new insurance and don't have to deal with this pharmacy anymore. You guys do nothing but waste your customer's time and should be ashamed. The young guy that works there is awesome. He should move on to a better pharmacy.

Worst Pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They can never get it right. Say scripts will be ready at a certain time I go in and get attitude because it's not ready. They've confused a 2 week dose with a 28 day dose. Just a nightmare everytime. Will be transferring my scripts elsewhere moving forward.

I will not be going here for medication again. They always make it impossible for me to get my medicine and always blame it on the doctors office when I have already spoken to the doctors office who shows me they sent things in. They also gave me unwarranted and false medical advice going against my doctor trying to tell me why I should not be taking any of my medications because they are not "approved for use." I'm not sure what is going on here but I don't feel safe to receive the correct prescriptions and advice here.
