I will not be going here for medication again. They always make it impossible for me to get my medicine and always blame it on the doctors office when I have already spoken to the doctors office who shows me they sent things in. They also gave me unwarranted and false medical advice going against my doctor trying to tell me why I should not be taking any of my medications because they are not "approved for use." I'm not sure what is going on here but I don't feel safe to receive the correct prescriptions and advice here.

Always great service. Have gone there for many years now. Manager Terry is awesome, very friendly and keeps the shelves stocked and up to date. Love the place.

Can't give anything lower, and you won't get a worse excuse for service ANYWHERE!!' They filled my prescription WRONG then screwed it up so bad I am now unable to get it for monthS! I am grateful it is not life critical or I would be dead by now due to their gross negligence and utter ignorance! I may lose my job because I won't be able to work but they JUST DON'T CARE!!!! Go ANYWHERE else, but NOT CVS and DEFINITELY not Ravenna. Alyssa is a pathetic excuse of a pharmacy manager!

This CVS is very well stocked, organized and clean! Employees are hospitable and welcoming... shout out to Julie, cashier who was quite pleasant! CVS has great sales and their app offers super coupons! #SatisfiedCustomer

Before you come to this CVS, stop and say a prayer. Ask for patience and make sure you also line up a friend for bail. Because you are going need it all. Might as well ask for a side of sedative for sanity. After sitting in the drive through for 25 minutes waiting on the car in front of me, I pull up to the window to grab my meds. The guy greeting me was obviously frazzled and had no plans on moving with expediency. After spelling my name, his puzzled look came. What? No prescription? Let me check my other computer. Oh yes, here it is! But it will be another 2 hours before it is ready. The sad part? My medicine comes in a sealed package, pre portioned. Slap a label on it and call it mine already. Sadly, this isn't the first, second or even third time this has been an issue. Walking in, driving thru or flying in on my broomstick....same problem. Think calling ahead will ensure your meds are ready for you? Ha! Seems that can sometimes make it take longer. I wanted to give them a chance to get better before I left a review, but enough is enough. Come on CVS, you're a pharmacy. At least do the medicine portion well.....

This is sadly the worst service I have ever had at a CVS pharmacy. While picking up my prescription, it took nearly 30 minutes after being told it was READY to be picked up. The people at the desk were horrendously rude, and they were INCREDIBLY unprepared and practically scrambling around the entire shift they're there. If they're not scrambling, they're doing absolutely NOTHING. I know this review isn't long, but the frustration is real. 1.) Don't come to this location if you'd like to leave any time soon after you arrive there 2.) Don't expect friendly service or to have an easy conversation with people behind the pharmacy counter 3.) Don't believe them if they say your prescription will be done in ____ amount of time. Sorry CVS, I'm a big fan, but there needs to be a lot of improvement with the staff here. It's giving you a bad rep. Maybe a reboot of the people they've hired. It's hard for me to give anything less than a 3 Star, but yikes.
