They lost my local channels and were not understanding about discounting my bill. Cancelled and they sent me boxes to ship equipment back in. Then I get a $40 bill so I pay it and they reactivate my account and I call to cancel and they said i never cancelled. Will never use again.

When you call with a problem all you get is a recording telling you to do all the things that you have already done. Very frustrating! Maybe you should concentrate on satellite service before you get into cell phone service. Do you not have actual people answering phone calls anymore?

Some it is better than direct TV but overall as a customer not happy because when I moved it took them God knows how long to get me the box to return the receiver and then was still charged for the equipment. They will also ruin your credit just trying to make that sale
