Super annoying though when an employee is talking on the phone to someone complaining about her job saying the company doesn’t care.

I'm pretty sure the cashier was on something today. I went to check out she was muttering something under her breath. I did not know that they do not do cash back. And I wanted to take out 20$. she said "Oh we don't do cash back." I looked at the sign and said "oh I'm sorry I didn't see it." She proceeded to then shove the 20$ and receipt in my face! (I'm not exaggerating) Then my boyfriend went to check out and she muttered under her breath "Don't you see the fucking sign?" She was glaring at me the whole time while he was checking out. She's blond with facial piercings and shouldn't be working in customer service.

I stood there for 10mins until she got off her phone. This is by far the worst place to shop. Boxes every where young ladies don’t say hi or welcoming. The other worker she helped me get stuff off the high shelves but she was busy she was very sweet and understood and kept apologizing to me about stuff. But you can tell with the cashier poor behavior. And Out of bags and I had a cart full. I rather go to the dollar general on Cleveland rd this one is HORRIBLE!!!!

This location has to be one of the filthiest dollar general stores I have ever been to.The yellow baskets are black from all the dirt.They look like they have never been cleaned before.The shelves are always so empty and never stocked.Nothing is ever organized.The store is just nasty and filthy.If you can avoid this location go to another one cuz you will catch COVID just from touching the yellow/black baskets.

Best place for angry and rude service. I'd rather shop dollar tree nude then support this store ever again. Very disappointed in the attitudes, the customer service and the over all experience. Whatever you don't don't ask questions, voice any concerns or expect anything from the staff. 0 stars.

Awful. Stock piled on floor. Some aisles are completely blocked. Near impossible to push a cart thru, at all. Busted glass and lots of merchandise on the floor that’s been trampled and destroyed. One person staffed. Absolute dump. It honestly needs shut down and no way it could pass fire inspection it’s so unsafe. It looks like an episode of hoarders. I wish this was an exaggeration.
